This change adds support for new dynamic QoS mode for WB rotation
which is required to achieve rotation output available at required
rate to meet real time use case. Though traffic shaper can be
disabled in dynamic QoS mode, part of traffic shaper algo to track
WB operating speed is enabled and WB generates creq priority
based on current ouput rate compared to targetted ouput to help
meeting real time use case requirement.

MDSS 10.0.0 HW is capable to rotate input image in WB hardware
block. WB hardware can only perform rotation of clockwise 90 degrees
and this can be used to achieve the required 2D rotation by adding
appropriate FLIP transformation to the SSPP. This change adds required
software support in display driver to excericse input image
rotation through WB block.

to configure new D-CWB data path. Add new hardware
pingpong blocks that are dedicated for second DCWB.

Static display usecase uses concurrent writeback path to compose the
layers and updates the primary display in the next cycle with cwb
output. Use LLCC_DISP scid for system cache in cwb path, to keep it
in sync with the legacy static display path. Use LLCC_DISP_WB for
the offline-wb path. Expose the writeback connector cache property
only when either or both the cache types are enabled.

Ensure SDE_ERROR error log print function name and line number.
Add a macro DISP_DEV_ERR as a wrapper of dev_err to ensure origin dev_err
will print function name and line number.
This would help with analysis of errors reported with automated testing.
Expected display error log format:
[FUNCTION_NAME:line] ERROR_MESSAGE

In mid and low tier targets there is reduction in pingpong
blocks and static allocation of pingpong blocks with respect
to dedicated cwb ids causes mismatch failures and leads to
wb kickoff timeouts. This change corrects the pingpong block
id allocation for dedicated cwb in dither control register
programming path.

Add support to enable writeback block to use system cache for writing
the output buffer. This is useful in cases where output is routed to
primary source pipes with 2-pass composition. The implementation is
modelled based on existing pipe based cache configuration.

From MDSS 9.0, writeback supports a programmable lineptr support, which
generates an interrupt when the configured writeback output height is
reached. Add software support to configure the prog_line and to process
the interrupt.

Remove the hw feature flags that are set by default for writeback as
it does not add any value. As part of the change, remove the unused
wb register offsets.

The sde_hw_blk was meant to be a generic base object for all
SDE HW blocks, however, it enforces using a common set of ops
which is not practical when blocks have different capabilities.
Since this object was never used as intended and is not doing
anything functional today, remove the dead weight.

Add cwb dither support.
Catalog: Read dtsi value of cwb dither in pp parse part.
Wb: Install blob property for cwb dither.
Wb hw: Adds a new wb ops function to program cwb dither hardware.
CRTC: To ensure that userspace can check whether cwb dither is supported,
added "has_cwb_dither" to sde kms info.
PingPong: In order to reuse dither's map array, move dither_depth_map array
to pp header file.

On Waipio target, periph top0 block has been removed from mdp top
register block. This creates a hole in the accessible register space
and can lead to NOC errors. In addition, accessing register offset
for invalid dedicated concurrent write back can lead to NOC errors.
This change adds support for indicating if the periph block has been
removed and splitting the mdp top register block into two for reg dump.
In addition, it only registers valid dcwb to be reg dumped by
adding a dcwb count.

This change replaces kzfree with kfree as kzfree has been
renamed.
While moving to the latest 5.10 tip, additional small changes
were required to resolve compilation issues:
set_dma_ops has moved from dma-mapping to dma-map-ops header.
This change includes the new header file required.
drm_panel_add returns void, this change removes the expected
return value check.
drm_prime_pages_to_sg takes an additional parameter. This change
passes in the drm_device pointer the function is looking for.
Remove an unused variable in sde_crtc vblank function.

Support different safe, danger and creq qos lut
configuration based on display fps. It also removes
the fill level calculations from sspp and wb block
because mdss hw supports simple configuration.

CWB, DP and WB displays tear down sequence must reset
3d_merge, ctl, pingpong_binding, etc. MDP HW
blocks. This change fixes the tear down
sequence register programming. It also moves flush
sw reset before encoder_disable call. That allows
CWB tear down to update the flush configuration
on primary ctl path.
