Eric Biggers 713b2e7203 crypto: padlock-aes - convert to skcipher API ...

Convert the VIA PadLock implementations of AES-ECB and AES-CBC from the
deprecated "blkcipher" API to the "skcipher" API.  This is needed in
order for the blkcipher API to be removed.
