Wei Yongjun 54be5b8ce3 PCI: hv: Fix return value check in hv_pci_assign_slots() ...

In case of error, the function pci_create_slot() returns ERR_PTR() and
never returns NULL. The NULL test in the return value check should be
replaced with IS_ERR().
