Goldwyn Rodrigues c33fe275b5 fs: remove no longer used dio_end_io() ...

Since we removed the last user of dio_end_io() when btrfs got converted
to iomap infrastructure ("btrfs: switch to iomap for direct IO"), remove
the helper function dio_end_io().
