Takashi Iwai d362af62ed ALSA: ctxfi - Fix / clean up hw20k2 chip code 
- Clean up Hungarian coding style
- Don't use static variables for I2C information; this unables to use
  multiple instances.  Now they are stored in struct hw20k2 fields.
