Russell King 7d7975a0e1 ARM: footbridge: fix clock event support ...

4e8d7637 (ARM: footbridge: convert to clockevents/clocksource) did
not set the cpumask for the clock event device.  This causes boot
to fail.  Add the necessary initialization.
