When calling hclge_reset_event() within HCLGE_RESET_INTERVAL, it returns directly now. If no one call it again, then the error which needs a reset to fix it can not be fixed. So this patch activates the reset timer for this case, and adds checking in the end of the reset procedure to make this error fixed earlier. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
