UPSTREAM: PCI: dwc: Support multiple ATU memory regions
The current ATU setup only supports a single memory resource which isn't sufficient if there are also prefetchable memory regions. In order to support multiple memory regions, we need to move away from fixed ATU slots and rework the assignment. As there's always an ATU entry for config space, let's assign index 0 to config space. Then we assign memory resources to index 1 and up. Finally, if we have an I/O region and slots remaining, we assign the I/O region last. If there aren't remaining slots, we keep the same config and I/O space sharing. According to the PCIe standard the PERST# signal (reset-gpio in
fsl,imx* compatible dts) should be kept asserted for at least 100 usec
before the PCIe refclock is stable, should be kept asserted for at
least 100 msec after the power rails are stable and the host should wait
at least 100 msec after it is de-asserted before accessing the
configuration space of any attached device.
From PCIe CEM r2.0, sec 2.6.2
T-PVPERL: Power stable to PERST# inactive - 100 msec
T-PERST-CLK: REFCLK stable before PERST# inactive - 100 usec.
From PCIe r5.0, sec 6.6.1
With a Downstream Port that does not support Link speeds greater than
5.0 GT/s, software must wait a minimum of 100 ms before sending a
Configuration Request to the device immediately below that Port.
Failure to do so could prevent PCIe devices to be working correctly,
and this was experienced with real devices.
Move reset assert to imx6_pcie_assert_core_reset(), this way we ensure
that PERST# is asserted before enabling any clock, move de-assert to the
end of imx6_pcie_deassert_core_reset() after the clock is enabled and
deemed stable and add a new delay of 100 msec just afterward.

PCI: uniphier: Serialize INTx masking/unmasking and fix the bit operation

The condition register PCI_RCV_INTX is used in irq_mask() and irq_unmask()
callbacks. Accesses to register can occur at the same time without a lock.
Add a lock into each callback to prevent the issue.
And INTX mask and unmask fields in PCL_RCV_INTX register should only be
set/reset for each bit. Clearing by PCL_RCV_INTX_ALL_MASK should be
removed.
INTX status fields in PCL_RCV_INTX register only indicates each INTX
interrupt status, so the handler can't clear by writing 1 to the field.
The status is expected to be cleared by the interrupt origin.
The ack function has no meaning, so should remove it.

PCI: tegra194: Fix tegra_pcie_ep_raise_msi_irq() ill-defined shift

tegra_pcie_ep_raise_msi_irq() shifted a signed 32-bit value left by 31
bits. The behavior of this is implementation-defined.
Replace the shift by BIT(), which is well-defined.

The legacy PCI interrupt lines need to be enabled using PCIE_APP_IRNEN bits
13 (INTA), 14 (INTB), 15 (INTC) and 16 (INTD). The old code however was
taking (for example) "13" as raw value instead of taking BIT(13). Define
the legacy PCI interrupt bits using the BIT() macro and then use these in
PCIE_APP_IRN_INT.

PCI: tegra: Fix runtime PM imbalance in pex_ep_event_pex_rst_deassert()
[ Upstream commit 5859c926d1f052ee61b5815b14658875c14f6243 ] pm_runtime_get_sync() will increase the runtime PM counter even it returns an error. Thus a pairing decrement is needed to prevent refcount leak. Fix this by replacing this API with pm_runtime_resume_and_get(), which will not change the runtime PM counter on error. PCI: qcom: Use PHY_REFCLK_USE_PAD only for ipq8064
commit 2cfef1971aea6119ee27429181d6cb3383031ac2 upstream.
The use of PHY_REFCLK_USE_PAD introduced a regression for apq8064 devices.
It was tested that while apq doesn't require the padding, ipq SoC must use
it or the kernel hangs on boot.

PCI: dwc: Fix MSI page leakage in suspend/resume
Currently, dw_pcie_msi_init() allocates and maps page for msi, then program the PCIE_MSI_ADDR_LO and PCIE_MSI_ADDR_HI. The Root Complex may lose power during suspend-to-RAM, so when we resume, we want to redo the latter but not the former. If designware based driver (for example, pcie-tegra194.c) calls dw_pcie_msi_init() in resume path, the msi page will be leaked. As pointed out by Rob and Ard, there's no need to allocate a page for the MSI address, we could use an address in the driver data. To avoid map the MSI msg again during resume, we move the map MSI msg from dw_pcie_msi_init() to dw_pcie_host_init(). PCI: kirin: Return -EPROBE_DEFER in case the gpio isn't ready
PCI host bridge driver can be probed before the gpiochip it requires, so, of_get_named_gpio() can return -EPROBE_DEFER. Current code lets the kirin_pcie_probe() directly return -ENODEV, which results in the PCI host controller driver probe failure; with this error code the PCI host controller driver will not be probed again when the gpiochip driver is loaded. Fix the above issue by letting kirin_pcie_probe() return -EPROBE_DEFER in such a case. PCI: dwc: Move N_FTS setup to common setup
The Designware controller has common registers to set number of fast training sequence ordered sets. The Artpec6, Intel, and Tegra driver initialize these register fields. Let's move the initialization to the common setup code and drivers just have to provide the value. There's a slight change in that the common clock mode N_FTS field is now initialized. Previously only the Intel driver set this. It's not clear from the code if common clock mode is used in the Artpec6 or Tegra driver. It depends on the DWC configuration. Given the field is not initialized while the others are, it seems unlikely common clock mode is used.
