The maximum CPU frequency for the i.MX53 QSB is 1GHz, so disable the
1.2GHz OPP. This makes the board work again with configs that have
cpufreq enabled like imx_v6_v7_defconfig on which the board stopped
working with the addition of cpufreq-dt support.

dma_zalloc_coherent() now crashes if no dev pointer is given.
Add a dev pointer to the ltq_dma_channel structure and fill it in the
driver using it.
This fixes a bug introduced in kernel 4.19.

This board, as well as some other boards with i.MX6 and a PMIC, uses a
"PMIC_STBY_REQ" line to notify the PMIC about a state change.
The PMIC is programmed for a specific state change before triggering the
line.
In this case, PMIC_STBY_REQ can be used for stand by, sleep
and power off modes.

THP paths can defer splitting compound pages until after the actual
remap and TLB flushes to split a huge PMD/PUD. This causes radix
partition scope page table mappings to get out of synch with the host
qemu page table mappings.
This results in random memory corruption in the guest when running
with THP. The easiest way to reproduce is use KVM balloon to free up
a lot of memory in the guest and then shrink the balloon to give the
memory back, while some work is being done in the guest.

At the moment the real mode handler of H_PUT_TCE calls iommu_tce_xchg_rm()
which in turn reads the old TCE and if it was a valid entry, marks
the physical page dirty if it was mapped for writing. Since it is in
real mode, realmode_pfn_to_page() is used instead of pfn_to_page()
to get the page struct. However SetPageDirty() itself reads the compound
page head and returns a virtual address for the head page struct and
setting dirty bit for that kills the system.
This adds additional dirty bit tracking into the MM/IOMMU API for use
in the real mode. Note that this does not change how VFIO and
KVM (in virtual mode) set this bit. The KVM (real mode) changes include:
- use the lowest bit of the cached host phys address to carry
the dirty bit;
- mark pages dirty when they are unpinned which happens when
the preregistered memory is released which always happens in virtual
mode;
- add mm_iommu_ua_mark_dirty_rm() helper to set delayed dirty bit;
- change iommu_tce_xchg_rm() to take the kvm struct for the mm to use
in the new mm_iommu_ua_mark_dirty_rm() helper;
- move iommu_tce_xchg_rm() to book3s_64_vio_hv.c (which is the only
caller anyway) to reduce the real mode KVM and IOMMU knowledge
across different subsystems.
This removes realmode_pfn_to_page() as it is not used anymore.
While we at it, remove some EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL() as that code is for
the real mode only and modules cannot call it anyway.

For userspace to tell the difference between an random signal
and an exception, the exception must include siginfo information.
Using SEND_SIG_FORCED for SIGSEGV is thus wrong, and it will result in
userspace seeing si_code == SI_USER (like a random signal) instead of
si_code == SI_KERNEL or a more specific si_code as all exceptions
deliver.
Therefore replace force_sig_info(SIGSEGV, SEND_SIG_FORCE, current)
with force_sig(SIG_SEGV, current) which gets this right and is shorter
and easier to type.

By selecting HAVE_RCU_TABLE_INVALIDATE, we can rely on tlb_flush() being
called if we fail to batch table pages for freeing. This in turn allows
us to postpone walk-cache invalidation until tlb_finish_mmu(), which
avoids lots of unnecessary DSBs and means we can shoot down the ASID if
the range is large enough.

Now that the core mmu_gather code keeps track of both the levels of page
table cleared and also whether or not these entries correspond to
intermediate entries, we can use this in our tlb_flush() callback to
reduce the number of invalidations we issue as well as their scope.

When we are unmapping intermediate page-table entries or huge pages, we
don't need to issue a TLBI instruction for every PAGE_SIZE chunk in the
VA range being unmapped.
Allow the invalidation stride to be passed to __flush_tlb_range(), and
adjust our "just nuke the ASID" heuristic to take this into account.

writing the new table entry and therefore avoid the barrier prior to the
TLBI instruction.
In preparation for delaying our walk-cache invalidation on the unmap()
path, move the DSB into the TLB invalidation routines.

We do not enable scatter-gather mode in the TMC-ETR by default
to prevent malfunctioning of systems where the ETR may not be
properly connected to the memory subsystem to allow for simultaneous
READ/WRITE transactions when used in SG mode. Instead we whitelist
the platforms where we know that it is safe to use the mode.
All revisions of Juno have a proper ETR connection and hence
white list them.

Since commit 23c85094fe ("proc/kcore: add vmcoreinfo note to /proc/kcore")
the kernel has exported the vmcoreinfo PT_NOTE on /proc/kcore as well
as /proc/vmcore.
arm64 only exposes it's additional arch information via
arch_crash_save_vmcoreinfo() if built with CONFIG_KEXEC, as kdump was
previously the only user of vmcoreinfo.
Move this weak function to a separate file that is built at the same
time as its caller in kernel/crash_core.c. This ensures values like
'kimage_voffset' are always present in the vmcoreinfo PT_NOTE.

All other uses of "asm goto" go through asm_volatile_goto, which avoids
a miscompile when using GCC < 4.8.2. Replace our open-coded "asm goto"
statements with the asm_volatile_goto macro to avoid issues with older
toolchains.

for the A33. Up to 96 MiB of memory are dedicated to the CMA pool.
The VPU can only map the first 256 MiB of DRAM, so the reserved memory
pool has to be located in that area. Following Allwinner's decision in
downstream software, the last 96 MiB of the first 256 MiB of RAM are
reserved for this purpose.

The driver now accepts two memory resources, the first one for the
channel-specific registers, the second one for the controller-specific
registers.
Note that older devicetrees, without this commit, will still work with
the jz4780-dma driver.

Building drivers/mtd/nand/raw/nandsim.c on arch/hexagon/ produces a
printk format build warning. This is due to hexagon's ffs() being
coded as returning long instead of int.
Fix the printk format warning by changing all of hexagon's ffs() and
fls() functions to return int instead of long. The variables that
they return are already int instead of long. This return type
matches the return type in <asm-generic/bitops/>.

The mini2440 computer uses "active high" to signal that the "write protect"
of the inserted MMC is set. The current code uses the opposite, leading to
a wrong detection of write protection. The solution is simply to use
".wprotect_invert = 1" in the description of the MMC.

S2MPS14 PMIC interrupt line on Exynos3250-based Artik5 evaluation board
has external pull-up resistors, so disable any pull control for it in
controller node. This fixes support for S2MPS14 PMIC interrupts and
enables operation of wakeup from S2MPS14 RTC alarm.

Current implementation of get/put_user_unsafe default to get/put_user
which toggle PAN before each access, despite having been told by the caller
that multiple accesses to user memory were about to happen.
Provide implementations for user_access_begin/end to turn PAN off/on and
implement unsafe accessors that assume PAN was already turned off.
