Govind Singh d062a9e434 qcacld-3.0: Unlock rx hash lock in error cases

RX hash lock is not unlocked in case hash_table is
NULL and context is returned immediately without
unlocking the rx hash lock.

Unlock the rx hash lock before returning from the context.
