Fix array index overrun by changing index size
WLAN_MAX_ROAM_CANDIDATE_AP from 8 to 9 in a roam
scan API
Also, replace local macro WLAN_MAC_ADDR_SIZE with
global macro QDF_MAC_ADDR_SIZE to avoid issues in
future
