Abhishek Singh 37595beb13 qcacld-3.0: Lower the log level of mtrace to Info to avoid WD bark

qcacld-2.0 to qcacld-3.0 propagation.

Too many log prints are seen if mtrace are dumped and this cause
WD bark.

To avoid this lower the log level of mtrace to Info.
