Shravan Nevatia 5e66e1bf36 msm: camera: csiphy: Add support for dummy PHY settings ...

Add the CSIPHY_DNP_PARAMS macro to specify dummy PHY
settings. These settings will not be applied to HW
and can be used to pad the settings arrays.
