qcacld-2.0 to qcacld-3.0 propagation
In Stop Adapter IBSS mode is not handled properly and
no DEL BSS is sent for the connected IBSS before DEL SELF STA.
This may lead to crash in FW.

As part of fix handle the IBSS mode and send DEL BSS if IBSS is
connected.
