Yu Wang c52981a091 qcacld-3.0: fix vdev ops leak in mic error handler ...

There is a vdev ops leak when processing mic error, which
will block some other operations, such as idle shutdown,
recovery shutdown, and so on.
To fix it, add osif_vdev_sync_op_stop() in
osif_dp_process_mic_error().
