Jeff Johnson acc1cc7a4e qcacld-3.0: Remove wma_stop() cds_ctx parameter

Currently wma_stop() takes a cds_ctx parameter. At one time this was
needed for the call to cds_get_context(), but that is no longer the
case, so remove this unused parameter.
