sw_exception bit will be marked in reo dest ring descriptor for
FW re-injected frame, get this bit and save it in skb->cb,
this bit value can be used for FISA further check.
there is no reo_dest_indication field in reo dest ring on beryllium,
so share same cb member for sw_exception and reo_dest_indication.

The TX notify comp flag is used only by MCL, hence moving
to the MCL this field to the MCL specific cb private structure.

store it to qdf_nbuf_cb of skb.

Currently in_use and unmapped flag from rx_desc can not know is
the rx nbuf has done IPA smmu map/unmap accurately.
add rx nbuf IPA smmu map/unmap flag in qdf_nbuf_cb, and use
this flag to check if IPA smmu map/unmap need to be done or not.

Tags are programmed using wlanconfig commands. Rx IPv4/v6
TCP/UDP packets matching a 5-tuple are tagged using HawkeyeV2 hardware.
Tags are populated in the skb->cb in the REO/exception/monitor data
path and sent to upper stack

With this feature, using appropriate commands, link layer, network layer,
transport layer and some of the application protocols can be tagged with
the user provided tag values for easier identification of protocols. The
supported protocols today are as follows.
ARP, DHCPv4, DHCPv6, DNS over TCP (v4), DNS over TCP (v6), DNS over UDP
(v4), DNS over UDP (v6), ICMPv4, ICMPv6, TCPv4, TCPv6, UDPv4,
UDPv6, IPv4, IPv6, EAP.
Receive packets are tagged by hardware. Tags are applied after the first
matching rule. Hence it is recommended that the rules are
programmed in such a way that tags are configured from application layer
to data link layer to get expected results.

The current tx & rx member of skb->cb structure has lot of common members
duplicated across win & mcl sub structures.
The common members are now moved out
and new members are added as per the requirement.
Also the members are organized to avoid additional padding
and fit within the 48 byte boundary for both 32bit & 64 bit platforms.
