dp_peer hold the peer ref_cnt outside of dp_tx_notify_completion()
already, so dp_vdev can not be freed during that period if dp_peer
exist, it's not necessary that hold dp tx_desc pool lock in
dp_tx_notify_completion() which will introduce lock contention with
TX/TX Comp path.
Remove tx_desc pool lock to optimize it.

As the value of min_delay is initialized to 0,
during the updation of min_delay per-packet,the
new value is compared with 0.This results in the
value of min_delay always becoming 0.Fix this by
initializing min_delay to very high value.

1. Since peer id is reused for reconnection in MLO case,

Currently, max monitor status buffer count per ppdu is 32.
In case of multiclient test cases, number of status buffers per ppdu are
33 and leading to assert.
Increase per ppdu max monitor status buffer count 128 to take care of future
use cases like MU-MIMO, OFDMA.

Even if HW cookie conversion is enabled on KIWI, there is some

Few APs are sending bar frame right after sending a
packet but the packet is not received and its retry
is received with the same sequence number. As SSN
is moved ahead due to bar frame, this packet is being
dropped.
To fix this, allow all frames to get delivered to stack.

Currently in some case we are receiving non error packets on REO2TCL
ring, which is causing issue.
Fix is to set DEST_RING_MAPPING_0 to SW1 for REO dest ctrl
register, So that non error packets with reo_destination_indication
with 0x0 in the reo entrance ring will be routed to SW1 ring.

Search flag addrX and addrY will be enabled for STA + TDLS case,
but currently TX bank profile is not updated which then STA still
use default TX bank profile - index based lookup search, TX might

get_log_timestamp API is being called unconditionally when passed as
an argument to dp_pkt_add_timestamp (even for empty calls) from
dp_tx_hw_enqueue_li. This adds significant load on CPU, hence avoid
get_log_timestamp call by using preprocessor directive.
