Firmware sends some ppdu stats required for packet capture
mode in new ppdu stats tlv HTT_PPDU_STATS_FOR_SMU_TLV.
Add code to parse it if feature is enabled via ini and
send the ppdu stats using wdi event to packet capture
component.

Currently, rx packet capture events processing happens even
when feature is disabled by ini. This incurs per packet overhead
in rx path.
The fix is to move all the processing from rx path to packet capture mode
component. Send only wdi event from rx path, when feature is enabled by
ini.

Host updates BAR info to H.W when out of order or 2K jump
BAR frame is received. But some AP's frequently transmitting
out of order BAR frames even before reception of all the
frames in the current window, if station updates window
and SSN based on BAR frame, RX frames sequence number in
older window range which are yet to be received suffers
REO aging timeout and causes RX packet delay to avoid
this skipping BAR update to H.W conditionally.

In dp_service_srngs, the current logic assumes that WBM2SWRELEASE ring
number as obtained from interrupt_ctx->tx_mask matches the index of
soc->tx_comp[] array. However this may not be true, esp for HMT.
Add logic to fix the same.
Use a separate macro to enable use of single TX ring.

Add support to calculate uplink delay on a per vdev basis.
The delay calculated excludes bus delays, where packet
enqueueing time and complete time are fetched from HW release

When Vlan_id is set to 256, AP cannot ping to STA.
This is due to the dataype assigned to vlan_id in
cdp_peer_set_vlan_id API which is using uint_8
instead of uint_16.
Fix to change the data type to uint_16

In case of aging out wds entries, avoid sending all
the wds delete wmi commands in a huge single burst.
Instead limit the maximum commands to half of the
wmi queue size. Inactivity will continue to be
marked every 120 secs but the inactive entries
will be flushed every 5 secs if there are pending
entries.

Add iwpriv option 34 to dump the reo rx h/w descs
in DDR for debugging. This cmd will first send cache
flush cmd to REO for all rx tids and invalidate the h/w
cache. Henceforth ensuring that the reo status tlvs and
the DDR values are in sync.

Add fix to ensure bar frame with 2k jump err code is
processed correctly using the REO error code instead of the
REO push reason.

Any update to the SRNG TP/HP when the device is in low power
state would result in system errors. It is recommended to disable
EXT grp irqs and drain TXRX before sending power save enter command
to the FW. This will ensure that no interrupts are received while
in power save mode and as a result there wont be any HP/TP updates.

Add and initialize a preallocated pool of buffers which can
be used to replenish RX buffers. During replenish, the buffers
from the pool are used instead of allocating/mapping a new buffer
in the softirq context. This preallocated pool will be refilled
in thread context.

This change will set up monitor mode status and destination ring
filters for enbale CBF logging and will enable destination ring to
capture CBF frame. This change will get the CBF frame from the
destination ring and send it to the pktlog module for post processing
through WDI event. CBF is a compressed beamforming report.

In security mode, allow only EAPOL frames in receive path
when peer is not authorized. This feature is enabled per VAP
based on vdev flag and will be applicable for all peers in that
VAP
