Currently driver is doing unlink BSS when there is a connect failure.
This will cause an issue, for 2G+5G ML connection.
1) Connect on 5G link failed due to Auth failure
2) Connect on next candidate (2G) is success and FW is in SMM
3) Partner link(5G) connect will fail due to 5G scan entry won't
be found in SMM mode.
To avoid this, don't unlink the BSS for ML VDEV connect failure.

Currently if write non-shadow register and not in initial
phase, host will call hif_force_wake_request()-->
pld_force_wake_request_sync(), but this API can not guarantee
MHI/PCIe is in wake state if runtime PM suspending is ongoing
in parallel, later any register accessing through PCIe bus will hit
NOC error.
Add hif_pm_runtime_get_sync() in hif_force_wake_request() to prevent
runtime PM suspending.

There is a possible race condition that target_start can be
called during load unload leading to htt_srng_setup being
called before monitor srngs are initialized. This check will
prevent the srng_setup_call from soc_start. The rings will
subsequently be initialized when monitor modle is loaded.

Rate statistics are updated at both peer and vdev level in Tx HTT
and Rx monitor path.
As per peer optimization changes, macro DP_UPDATE_EXTD_STATS is used
for aggregation of extended stats and this macro is used for both peer
and vdev stats query.
With this approach, when user requests for vdev stats, then rate stats
for vdev are updated with the rate values of the last peer present in
peer list of vdev and this results in wrong output.
In order to fix this, add an API to update the rate stats for vdev
separately.

During undecoded mode capture reset expected to reset
only phy error filter flags. But disabled monitor mode
capture filters as well. This resulted a backpressure
in monitor mode destination ring.
Added an appropriate check to disable only phy error
filter without disturbing monitor mode filter setting.

Define API to get the link peer_id using peer_id and lmac_id.

When host sends TWT disable command to firmware, send reason code
also as part of it. So that firmware will check and take the
following action:
a. If host sends disable due SCC/MCC concurrency then firmware
will teardown the existing TWT session and send the teardown
reason code as concurrency to host.
b. If it's for other reason then it will take action based on
that.

Currently, total_weight is not initialized before calculating
default ML BSS weightage with INI configuration. This may result in
unexpected behavior.
To resolve this, calculate ML bss weight after calculating non-ML
