Add support to log the important events in
datapath, which will help in debugging the
datapath issues.
IRQ handler, Napi poll and srng access start/end
are the events which are currently logged.

Tx completion stats should be counted per wbm ring on tx completion
and not globally. Similarly, rx stats should be counter per reo ring.

Packets sent/received at fixed rate were also considered to
update the client rates as displayed in wlanconfig command output.
An idle client transmits NULL packets at basic rate and hence
rx rate shows up the basic rate when an idle client is connected.
Consider only data packets to update rates. Do not consider
NULL packets for rate update.

At present, DP_STATS_XXX and DP_HIST_XXX can be disabled
or enabled at the same time using macro DISABLE_DP_STATS.
Make DP_STATS_XXX and DP_HIST_XXX under different macro
so that both can be enabled/disabled separately.
HIST_STATS are by default disabled and can be enabled by
enabling ENABLE_DP_HIST_STATS macro.

Count of MSDUs Tx with AMPDU aggregation and

Do not print rate statistics on the console or kernel logs. Excessive
logging in kernel messages can lead to kernel panic.
Change DP_PRINT_STATS to not print in kernel logs.
Note that this is an interim solution. Ideally these prints from DP
module should be QDF_TRACE_LEVEL_DEBUG and logged to QXDM. Currently
DEBUG trace level is disabled for DP module.

For low mem config, use user configured max tx descriptors to limit the
allocation of software tx descriptors.
Use dp_txrx_pflow_update_pdev_params function to print stats and to update

Maintain SG/TSO desc_cnt at pdev stats instead of ingress
stats to support legacy stats and change the fw_rem counter
to cdp_pkt_info to have packets and bytes information

Currently peer reference is used with out taking any ref count.
In parallel context execution on different core peer reference may
be cleaned up in peer unmap event. So take ref count while using
the peer reference and decrement after done with it.

Move the state to in_progress when we process addba
request and upon tx comletion of addba response, move
the state to active. Any addba request received during
in_progress is ignored and reo queue is updated with
window size 1 and set to inactive.

In VHT case, for some packets SGI value is 3, which
represent 3.2us value. Which is not applicable for VHT.
So if value 3 received from HW for SGI, than convert that
to default value, which is 0.4us.

Add option to ignore vdev_id match to peer hash lookup API
when vdev_id is passed as 0xff to the API, it ignores vdev_id
argument
This option is needed for usecases like peer level statistics
display where only MAC address is known and vdev_id is not known
Also add the missing accounting of rx broadcast frames in the
overall statistics

If peer with given MAC Address
already exists, just increment the refcnt
instead of allocating a new peer and deleting older
peer object. This avoids unnecessary memory fragmentation.
