Previously, if force SCC is enabled and Standalone SAP starts
on non-DFS channel, it starts with master mode Disable. If it
is switched to DFS channel it will switch without CAC.
As a fix, if SAP is started on non-DFS channel with force SCC,
don't allow it to switch to DFS channel if master mode is disabled.

Check the factors as below to decide whether the channel is
allowed or not:
* If the channel is in LTE coex channel avoidance list;
* If it's STA+SAP SCC;
* If STA+SAP SCC on LTE coex channel is allowed.
Replace policy_mgr_is_safe_channel() with this new function
for sap channel selection and acs channel filtering, to allow
unsafe channels when it's STA+SAP SCC and STA+SAP SCC on LTE

Previously, if STA is connected to DFS channel and SAP starts on
Non-DBS HW, then it is forced to start on DFS channel with BW 160 Mhz
irrespective of BW on which STA is connected without CAC.
Even after STA disconnects, SAP remains on DFS channel with BW 160Mhz.
So, scan will be disabled and STA cannot be connected on any channel
other than DFS channel.
If STA is connected on non-DFS channel on 5 GHz and SAP starts, it
will start on non-DFS channel as primary channel with BW 160 Mhz
without CAC. Also, scanning was also allowed when SAP is started with
BW 160 Mhz. This might violate regulatory in case radar comes up while
scanning.
Standalone SAP on DFS channel was not allowed.
To fix this, Force set SCC for non-dbs HW, this way standalone SAP
can come on DFS channel but scan will be disabled in such case and
STA cannot be connected other than DFS channel.
In case STA gets connected to dfs channel in non-dbs HW, then sap
starts only on STA channel with force SCC with BW
MIN(sta_chan_width, CH_WIDTH_80MHZ).
Afterwards, if STA disconnects, restart the AP with BW CH_WIDTH_80MHZ
on safe channel. Scan will be allowed as the DFS master capability is
offloaded to AP with which STA is connected on DFS channel.
Also, if standalone sap starts, then STA connects to DFS channel then
SAP will restart with STA channel frequency and Channel width
MIN(sta_chan_width, 80MHZ).
If standalone SAP starts and then STA connects to non-dfs AP or SAP
starts when STA is already connected to non-DFS AP, then ch_width is
MAX(sta_chan_width, 80MHZ) (5 Ghz) or 20 Mhz (2.4 Ghz).
If STA disconnects during SAP+STA on non-DFS, SAP won't restart unless
the STA was connected on BW 160 Mhz.

Steps to reproduce:
1. AP_AP mode setup, AP1 occupy channel 1, AP2 occupy channel 44.
2. Set channel1~channel11 as unsafe channel, which cause AP1 try to
switch to 5G band.
Observed Results:
AP1 select channel 36, and channel switch fail.
Expected Results:
AP1 select channel 44 same as AP2, and channel switch pass.
Root cause: in Dual AP concurrency case, when get PCL for one AP, need
find the AP from connection list by vdev id and remove it temporarily,
can't just remove 1st vdev from connection list.

At present, WAPI security mode STA is not allowed to run in
concurerncy with any other vdev.
So, whenever a new vdev is created, policy_mgr_check_privacy_for_new_conn
is called to check the security concurrency of new connection by checking
security of exisitng vdevs and if a STA vdev with WAPI security exists
then the concurrency is not allowed and the api will return false.
In case, while performing this check, the adaptor associated with
the existing vdev is destroyed, there might be a crash as
hdd_wapi_security_sta_exist is still trying to access the security
of that vdev.
To solve this, use wlan_objmgr_pdev_iterate_obj_list with crypto info
to iterate across all the existing vdev and check the security. If
Wapi security STA exists, it will return an argument with value as true
which will be used in policy_mgr_check_privacy_for_new_conn and it will
return false as concurrency is not allowed

After SAP switches the channel, policy manager needs to check if
the host needs to change HW mode. SAP state machine updates channel
change event to hdd to indicate SAP channel switch. Hence move logic
to change HW mode from start bss success event to channel change
event case in sap event callback.
Problem scenario:
1. DUT is in Single MAC mode by default.
2. SAP is up on Channel-1. So SAP is on MAC-0.
3. Host sets Policy Mgr Hw mode = DBS.
4. STA comes up on Channel-36. As host is in DBS mode, STA came up
on MAC-1.
5. SAP does CSA to Channel-36 (STA’s channel). So SAP moves from
MAC-1 to MAC-0.
6. Host sets Policy Mgr HW mode = Single MAC (As both VDEVs are on
same band).
7. Now, SAP does CSA to Channel-11. As Policy Manager Hw mode is still
Single MAC, SAP is still on MAC-0. So now STA (Channel-36) & SAP
(Channel-1) are in MAC-0 doing MCC.
Fix:
After SAP switches channel, policy manager checks and changes HW mode
change in hdd sap event callback.

In scenarios where p2p is going to be the first connection,
while performing group negotiation, pass up the allowed non-pcl
channels with valid weight so that supplicant can include these
channels as well during negotiation.
Passing interface mode to policy_mgr_get_valid_chan_weights and
populating the channel list based on policy_mgr_is_concurrency_allowed
api for the given mode and assign WEIGHT_OF_NON_PCL_CHANNELS for all
allowed channels.

Send Vdev pcl command on both connected STA vdev when sta+sta
roaming is enabled. Handle below cases:
1. When 1st STA is connected send PDEV pcl command for the
first sta. Set pcl_vdev_cmd_active false.
2. When 2nd STA comes up, Set pcl_vdev_cmd_active to true,
send vdev PCL for 1st sta before enabling roaming(disabled
as part of the connect on 2nd STA).
3. For second STA force dbs connection when
enable_dual_sta_roam_offload ini is enabled. Set the channels
of the 1st connected STA band as invalid and remove these
channels from the scan filter.
4. On disconnection of 2nd STA connection, clear the vdev
PCL sent for 1st STA and then send PDEV pcl command.
Also make changes to send set PCL command after roam init
is done before RSO start is done at firmware to avoid assert.
Post set pcl command from sme/csr through lim/wma/wmi to avoid
the above condition.
Disable roaming on the vdev before sending set PCL command to
avoid roaming on undesirable band & channels.

Recent changes to hdd_regulatory_dyn_cbk broke WWAN n79 and
WIFI 5 GHz co-existence, failure:
1. AGO won't switch channel to 2G even 5G channel disabled.
2. SAP can switch to 2G if 5G disabled, but won't restore back
to 5G when 5G re-enable.
Update callback to call the proper function so that band for
SAP or P2P GO is updated accordingly.

Currently the driver allows standalone SAP and
STA+SAP SCC even if the dfs master mode is 0
and the ini g_sta_sap_scc_on_dfs_chan if
configured 2 assumes that the dfs master mode is
enabled.
If the user configures master mode as 0 then the
ini g_sta_sap_scc_on_dfs_chan should not be 2
since standlaone SAP can come up on DFS channel
according to the implementation.
Fix is to overide the value of g_sta_sap_scc_on_dfs_chan
to zero if the master mode is disabled.

Dfs radar processing function dfs_process_radar_ind is called
in interrupt context. Add new API policy_mgr_get_can_skip_radar_event

Currently the driver uses the reason code
POLICY_MGR_UPDATE_REASON_CHANNEL_SWITCH for
chanenl switch for P2P-CLI which is same
reason code used for hw mode change in case
of SAP, so after the hw mode is changed the
VDEV-SM does call the callback of SAP CSA
also.
Fix is to use a different reason code for
SAP CSA.

SAP turn on is getting stuck for longer time due to vdev is getting

If Miracast is on, driver should send WMI_RESMGR_SET_CHAN_TIME_QUOTA_CMDID
to FW. Currently this wmi is blocked because gEnableMCCAdaptiveScheduler is
set as 1, which is incorrect.

The default value of ini gDualMacFeatureDisable is 0 and this
enables DBS scan with simultaneous scan from upper layer to
firmware. P2P scans get priority over sta scans and when
continuoes p2p scans are issues from some userspace application,
STA doesn't get scan time and APs in the environment are not
seen the scan results on STA interface.
To avoid this, change the default value of the gDualMacFeatureDisable
to 6, which disables simultaneous scans from upper layer to the
firmware.

Currently the driver sets the connection update
flag in case of the hw mode cb when the set
hw mode is done, irrespective of the status
code sent by the FW. This leads to the completion
for wait for event and the caller to the current
connection update would get a wrong expectation
that the hw mode requested by it was set, which
would not be the case when the hw mode is not set
according to the user or the set hw mode was
rejected by the target itself.
Fix is to set the connection mode only when the
status is success or already the HW mode is set.

According to FW, DFS phyerr offload should be enabled before vdev start,
otherwise FW can't start DFS phyerr offload function.
Do not send DFS phyerr offload disable wmi command before vdev stop, and
FW will handle all the necessary cleanup in vdev stop wmi command.
Without DFS phyerr offload disable wmi command, DFS phyerr offload is
enabled before vdev start.

Scenario:-
1. Turn on SAP and STA on 2.4ghz and 5ghz
2. Turn off SAP
3. Turn off STA
4. Turn on SAP on 2.4ghz
Issue:-
In the start ap function, the driver calls
the stop opportunistic timer and calls the handler
to goto SMM mode.
After this, the SAP checks whether it requires the
DBS or not and then requests for DBS also, but since
the driver is already in DBS mode this command gets
rejected, so there would be 2 commands in the serialization
queue which would be SMM and start AP, which would lead to
a crash as SMM is sent before a connection on 2.4ghz as
Hastings is not capable to start a vdev in 2.4ghz without
DBS mode.
Fix:-
1.Not allow SMM if the current connection requires DBS
2. Check the HW capabilty in the active command only and
not before that to protect the reliability of hw mode.

Add g_prefer_5g_scc_to_dbs to give higher priority for 5g scc than dbs.
It is bitmap per enum policy_mgr_con_mode.
For example in GO+STA(5G) mode, when TPUT is onfigured as wlan system
preference option, If 5G SCC needs higher priority than dbs, set it as
0x8.
This can make GO have higher TPUT given that STA and ref AP mostly have
low speed at this time. This can improve user experience.

When SAP is on 5G and STA connects to 6Ghz AP, the "force
SCC" logic will move SAP to STA home channel if SAP is 6Ghz capable.
If SAP is not 6Ghz capable, SAP will be moved to 2G (DBS) to
avoid MCC(5G+6G) for DBS HW and SAP will stay on 5G for non-DBS HW.
SAP is 6Ghz capable only when all of below statements are true:
a. SAP config includes WPA3 security - SAE,OWE,SuiteB.
b. SAP is configured by ACS range which includes any 6G channel or
configured by 6G Fixed channel.
c. SAP has no legacy clients (client doesn't support 6G band).
legacy client (non 6ghz capable): association request frame has no
6G band global operating Class.

g_pcl_band_priority - Set 5G/6G Channel order
This ini is used to set preference between 5G and 6G channels
during population of PCL.
0 - Prefer 5G channels, 5G channels will be placed before
the 6G channels in PCL.
1 - Prefer 6G channels, 6G channels will be placed before
the 5G chennels in PCL.
The change will only add 6Ghz channel to PCL for SAP or STA

For SAP/P2P GO on 5G, when receive cmd to disable 5G band when
modem n79 band used, will move to 2G band via CSA.
1. If no active connection on 2G, select ch by safe list, or
channel 6.
2. If there is STA on 2G, force scc with it.
3. If there is SAP/GO on 2G, force scc with it.
4. Handle one race condition that if candidate is already
selected & FW has gone ahead with roaming or about to go ahead
when set_band comes, it will be complicated for FW to stop the
current roaming. Instead, host will check roam sync to make sure
the new AP is on 2G, or disconnect the AP.
5. If 2 SAP on 5G, move both to 2G and keep scc.
When Set band to enable 5G band again, restored all 5G SAP/Go..

policy_mgr_is_hw_dbs_required_for_band is for any HW where
PHYA/MAC0 doesn't support the given band. We need to switch
to DBS mode to support the band. So far we have
overloaded policy_mgr_is_hw_dbs_2x2_capable to achieve above.

(for 2x2, 1x1 or any chain mask configuration).
