Driver checks all 160Mhz 5 GHz SAP as DFS channel SAP, but
it is not right for some regdomain which no DFS required for
some 160 Mhz channels.
Fix by check wlan_reg_get_bonded_channel_state_for_freq API
to set DFS flag.

Currently host sets wmi_vdev_param_set_traffic_config param
id to set traffic config param but convert_host_vdev_param_tlv
is disabled for MCC. so, latency/throughput flag is set for host
param id 0x99 but in FW vdev param id to configure traffic type
is 0xB6.
Fix is to update vdev parm id to 0xB6 to keep same vdev param
id in both Host and FW.

SAP is allowed to come up on SCC with a STA operating
in 6GHz only if the STA is on a PSC channel in VLP mode.
Therefore, filter out all 6GHz channels from the PCL if
the STA operates on any non-VLP mode. Also, in case of
VLP mode, filter out non-PSC channels.

Currently, wakelock is only taken during initial connection if
pairwise key installation is pending and not during roaming. This
may lead to EAPOL delay/timeout during roaming as runtime pm and
suspend is allowed during roaming. To fix this issue, acquire
wakelock if key installation is pending during roaming.
This change also refactors the code and release the wakelock in
wma_remove_peer if EAPOL fails during initial connection or roaming.

When verifying WNM BSS transition function, it's possible to
ask peer STA to transition across multiple band. Some vendor
BTM implementation is needed to check country IE to get all
supported band channel info. Without full channel list in
country IE, it cannot make a transition across multiple band.
To solve the interop issue, let country IE take all supported
band channel info when the specific vendor OUI is detected in
association request.

Call enable/disable link APIs from connect/disconnect/roam etc.
Cleanup policy_mgr_handle_sap_mlo_sta_concurrency and
policy_mgr_handle_sap_plus_ml_sta_connect API as

policy_mgr_re_enable_ml_sta_on_p2p_sap_down will take care of
ML STA + SAP/P2P cases.
Also optimize policy_mgr_handle_ml_sta_link_concurrency to consider

In new framework the 6 GHz preferred SAP ACS config file will
contain 5 GHz channels, to avoid 6 GHz non-PSC being set to
MAX weight value and 5 GHz channels selected easily, here set
normalize_acs_weight to 90 for non-PSC channel of 6 GHz, 40
for 2 GHz and 5 GHz channels.

i.) Keep rf test mode ini disabled by default due to which
6G security check will be true.
ii.) while calculating TPC power, check safe mode & RF test
mode enabled or not and set power mode to LPI if

iii.) During HE ops IE extarct set power type to VLP, if
6 G Hz info is not present in HE ops IE. So that power
type can be VLP in case ap_ctry is non US.
To get safe mode value, a new member is_safe_mode_enabled
is added in mlme private object and is set whenever
WIFI_TEST_CONFIG_6GHZ_SECURITY_TEST_MODE command is triggered
via userspace.

Based on the ini "sta_sap_scc_on_indoor_chan" the behavior of
STA+SAP in scc is as follows:
1. STA is on 2.4 GHz & SAP is on 2.4 GHz and SAP user configured
initial channel was on 5 GHz, then move SAP to 5 GHz initially
started channel
2. When STA + SAP are doing SCC on indoor only channel and
a) STA moves to 2.4 GHz -> then SAP moves to initialy started
channel
b) STA moves to another indoor only channel -> SAP follows
STA channel
c) STA moves to non-indoor, non-dfs channel -> SAP follows
STA channel.
d) STA moves to DFS channel -> SAP moves to 2.4 GHz channel
e) STA disconnects -> Move SAP to initially started channel
3. STA is on 2.4 GHz & SAP is on 5 GHz non-indoor, non-dfs channel
and STA moves to 5 GHz channel, then SAP should follow STA to 5 GHz
if SAP was initially started on 5 GHz channel. Else SAP restart
is not required and SAP will remain on the 2.4 GHz channel

Currently req->ctx.cb_arg is assigned req memory
in wlan_mlo_sta_mlo_concurency_set_link. and passed to
mlo_ser_set_link_req, where req is again alocated
and req pointer of req->ctx.cb_arg is freed, thus
making req->ctx.cb_arg invalid.
Fix is to avoid allocation of req again and use the
requester memory of mlo_ser_set_link_req as umac_cmd.

Currently mlme_set_twt_peer_capabilities() api is use to
update twt capabilities using he caps and he ops. But now
onwards partial TWT(requestor and responder) can be
supported from 11n mode also.
Make this api as generic so that it can be use for both

Currently driver does not caches peer nss and it needs this info

Issue scenario, 1st Addba response tx and set is_mgmt_data_valid false.
2nd TX frame happens for valid frame that needs to be logged and set
wma_handle->is_mgmt_data_valid to true. Then the 1st frame TX completion
tried to access wma_handle->mgmt._data. It may access invalid context if
race condition happened.

SAE authentication logging events are sent from host
driver during connection as well as during roaming.
But the other roaming frame related stats are printed
as part of the WMI_ROAM_STATS_EVENTID handling.
Since this roam stats event is received after preauth
frame related logs are queued to userspace, the order
of the logs are not correct.
Cache the SAE preauth logs in mlme and print them
upon receiving ROAM stats event. Read the firmware
service capability to decide if new caching needs
to be used or legacy behavior needs to be followed

Add multi-client latency level service bit capability support,
WLAN_SOC_WLM_MULTI_CLIENT_LL_SUPPORT, to check whether the FW
supports multi-client latency level event or not.
Add INI "wlm_multi_client_ll feature" to enable/disable multi
client latency level feature from the host side.

bit capability to host and host enables multi-client latency

Add support to dump the full management,eapol,

During CSA max bw is selected for SAP in STA + SAP concurrency
for non-dfs channel and SAP is tear down after 60 sec of operation
due to STA is in 20Mhz and SAP is in 40Mhz with
IEEE80211_HT_CAP_SUP_WIDTH_20_40 flag disabled.
This change is to select 20Mhz BW during CSA if channel bonding is
disabled.

Update LFR2 self reassoc failure processing:
1. remove lim_send_switch_chnl_params() from
lim_restore_pre_reassoc_state() when self reassoc failure
to avoid this race condition: one one hand host let FW do
restart, and on the other hand VDEV sm transition to stop
state. Otherwise VDEV sm cannot handle EV_START_RESP event
correcly.
2. register .mlme_vdev_sta_disconn_start callback with
cleanupTrigger eLIM_HOST_DISASSOC.
3. when self reassoc fail, notify reassoc failure reason
to CM SM so that CM SM can trigger CM_DISCONNECT_REQ, then
invoke .mlme_vdev_sta_disconn_start doing cleanup action.

Firmware doesn't expect any vdev commands from host while RSO stop
is happening. It sends a response to the RSO_STOP command once
it's done with cleanup. Host needs to run a timer after sending
RSO stop command to firmware and wait for a maximum of 6 seconds
for the response. Host can stop the timer and allow the commands
to firmware in the below cases,
1. RSO_STOP response with success status
2. RSO_STOP response with HO_FAIL status followed by
HO_FAIL event: Host needs to wait till HO_FAIL event is received
If firmware doesn't send any response in the 6 seconds wait, issue
a recovery to help to check the firmware state.
Also, set WMI_ROAM_SCAN_MODE_FLAG_REPORT_STATUS always when MLO is
supported while sending RSO_STOP to firmware. It's sent only
in case of wpa_supplicant disabled roaming currently.

Currently regulatory channels are disabled for
QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_AVOID_FREQUENCY_EXT vendor command
event if ini coex_unsafe_chan_nb_user_prefer is not set and if
STA operates on disabled channels which results in crash for
STA interface in STA + SAP SCC case.
Hence coex_unsafe_chan_reg_disable ini is controlled based
on coex_unsafe_chan_nb_user_prefer.

Currently, for Broadcast TWT setup command, if peer does not
support TWT responder capability and supports broadcast TWT
capability then host rejects broadcast twt setup command
based on TWT responder capability.
Add condition to check the peer broadcast capabilities before
