Add following vendor commands and their handlers.
1) QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_SPECTRAL_SCAN_START
Set the spectral parameters and start scan.
2) QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_SPECTRAL_SCAN_GET_STATUS
Stop spectral scan.
3) QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_SPECTRAL_SCAN_GET_CONFIG
Get current values of spectral parameters.
4) QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_SPECTRAL_SCAN_GET_DIAG_STATS
Get stats for spectral scan debug.
5) QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_SPECTRAL_SCAN_GET_CAP_INFO
Get the spectral hardware capability.
6) QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_SPECTRAL_SCAN_GET_STATUS
Get the current status of spectral scan.

In attach and replenish path, nbuf maps a DMA region for device access.
But the DMA region mapped is not unmapped in detach path.
Fix is to unmap the DMA region when rx_desc_pool is freed.

Multicast frames in NAWDS mode causing flood of packets between the
nawds enabled AP's due to continuous sending of mutlicast frames received
from another AP and vicevera.Resolved the issues by droppping the 3
address Multicast frames and 4 address multicast frames with sa_peer
same as tx_peer.

Currently driver assigns WLAN_PMF_REQUIRED to AP pmf capability
even if rsn capability do not matches with RSN_CAP_MFP_REQUIRED.

This change adds support for sending tlv based WMI caldata version
check commands and adds necessary callback functions to process
and extract fields from respective WMI responses, also assigns
callback functions and populates event_id array with respective
WMI event id values.

In order to support resource leak detection during a specific period of
time, add APIs to allow setting the current debug domain. This allows
for each resource allocation to be tracked against the current debug
domain at the time of allocation. Consumers can then check to ensure
the resources allocated for the current domain are released before
transitioning to a different debug domain.

Request and print WDS table from FW using WMI command and event.
WMI_PDEV_WDS_ENTRY_LIST_CMDID is used to request WDS table
entries and WMI_PDEV_WDS_ENTRY_LIST_EVENTID is used to process
received WDS entries.

To avoid passing multiple parameters to MLME functions from DFS
component, use a common structure between these components and
pass the structure instead of long list of parameters.

added two pulses (ETSI 302-502) in the static ETSI radar table for
ETSI11 regdomain.These two pulses are applicable only for 5.8GHz
(greater than 5.725 GHz) channels.

Remove excessive failure logs. We have stats when we fail to get

In API wlan_objmgr_get_vdev_by_opmode_from_psoc, do not stop at first
vdev object if the vdev is in logical delete state. Continue till all
vdev are iterated or valid vdev is found.

cfg80211 scan list is not empty during the
scan priv deinit/list destroy because of that
qdf mem module triggered an assert.
Clear the cfg80211 scan list before
