TSF auto report is a stand alone feature, which can
be used to sync TQM clock and TSF clock, more than
one features depend on it.
Introduce a new build flag WLAN_FEATURE_TSF_AUTO_REPORT
to decouple it from uplink delay feature.

When the peer delete timer/vdev manager response timer expires, host checks
if the umac reset is in progress. If so, host will retrigger the timer.
It is possible that the umac reset is just completed and either of these
two timers got expired. In this case, host will assert saying that the peer
delete response/vdev manager response is not received from FW. FW may take
a few milliseconds to send the peer delete/vdev manager response to the
host after the umac recovery completes.
Hence, to avoid the crash, check if the umac reset was in progress during
the umac reset buffer window.
Add the below changes as well,
1) INI support to get the umac reset buffer window value.
2) Renamed the API dp_umac_reset_is_inprogress as
dp_get_umac_reset_in_progress_state to return either
CDP_UMAC_RESET_IN_PROGRESS or
CDP_UMAC_RESET_IN_PROGRESS_DURING_BUFFER_WINDOW.

In BE architecture, HW provides basic vdev stats support for upto
48 vdevs. For each vdev, there is vdev_stats_id which represents the
id of this vdev on HW. This vdev_stats_id is assigned by host and
is conveyed to HW at the time of REO TID Queue setup for the peer.
Add logic for allocation and deallocation of vdev_stats_id and
convey this id to HW.

A framework is added where the filters for every
mode are stored on a radio instance. Whenever a mode comes
up, it stores the filters in the radio and calls a
common API which iterates through all the enabled
mode filters and loops through them to create a
superset of filters which is sent to HTT.
This framework can be extended for new feature addition
which set filters for the monitor status and monitor
destination rings.

Currently cdp ops are given pdev/vdev handle
as its arguments, which is directly accessed
in those APIs. This can cause a race-condition
in access of the respective handles if it has
been deleted in parallel.
Hence as a part of cdp convergence, pass only
the pdev_id/vdev_id which will be used to get the
respective handles, and hence avoiding unwanted
access of the handles if it has been deleted.
Also deleting few ops which stores and retrieves
such handles and adding ops to set/get pdev params.

Channel Frequency Response(CFR) captures FFT bins corresponding to a PPDU
received and this is relayed to user space application. Since FFT bins
alone will not be meaningful, additional information about the PPDU such
as Peer addr, BW, NSS, etc are extracted from multiple PPDU status TLVs
and passed on to userspace along with CFR data.
Host RX monitor status ring is configured during CFR enable and the host
subscribes to relevant PPDU TLVs that provides all necessary information
for CFR data correlation.

With this feature, using appropriate commands, link layer, network layer,
transport layer and some of the application protocols can be tagged with
the user provided tag values for easier identification of protocols. The
supported protocols today are as follows.
ARP, DHCPv4, DHCPv6, DNS over TCP (v4), DNS over TCP (v6), DNS over UDP
(v4), DNS over UDP (v6), ICMPv4, ICMPv6, TCPv4, TCPv6, UDPv4,
UDPv6, IPv4, IPv6, EAP.
Receive packets are tagged by hardware. Tags are applied after the first
matching rule. Hence it is recommended that the rules are
programmed in such a way that tags are configured from application layer
to data link layer to get expected results.
