In Genoa SDIO ADMA implementation Host sends packets to FW in
multiples of SDIO Block size.
If the packet/bundle is not block aligned Host adds padding at the
end of Packet/Bundle.
If the TX packet plus padding exceeds one FW TX Buffer, Padding data
will occupy the next FW TX buffer. Same applies for bundle TX packet.
For above scenario, HTC_FLAGS_PADDING_CHECK of HTC header Flags is used
to notify the FW that - Padding data follows the currentHTC packet
Since the padding data will take one extra FW Tx Buffer, host need to
handle the extra Tx credit being used by the padding data/buffer

Update WLAN-IPA WDI-2 datapath for DMA buffer sharing with SMMU
Stage 1 translation support. When SMMU Stage 1 is enabled DMA
APIs return IO virtual address(IOVA) instead of physical address.
This IOVA need to mapped to physical address by IPA module
before accessing them.

Avoid leaking pointers to freed stack memory by not enqueing packets
onto a stack local queue in htc_send_pkt
In particular, the packet was not being removed from the stack queue
when a dma map error occurs.

Currently, Host initial wake up, suspend ack callback do not
register callback context with host-to-target communication layer.
As now PMO is handling now these callback, objmgr psoc is required
as callback context.
Hence as part of the fix, Add supports for callback context for
these API's.

htc_runtime_pm apis are needed to deprecate the qdf_runtime_pm apis.
The qdf_runtime_pm apis rely on cds_get_context which is not being
converged and thus qdf_runtime_pm needs to be deprecated.
Since the htc_handle wraps the hif context for most upper layers,
htc_module is providing a wrapper functions.
