This change reverts commit ae2dceb0b6 ("disp: msm:
sde: remove all preclose logic"). This change also
modifies the force disable plane logic since
__drm_atomic_helper_disable_plane is not exposed to
drivers.

This change adds logic to determine dsc switch based on
the connector property "CONNECTOR_PROP_DSC_MODE" and
performs seamless DSC switch if there is any change in
DSC configuration. The connector property is populated
in msm_sub_mode based on which suitable mode is selected.

During modeset, private mode changed is detected from
msm_display_mode which is present in sde_connector_state.
In the current code, sde_connector_state is found from the
drm_connector variable which will not be valid
during atomic check phase and new connector state is
required here. To handle this, drm_connector_state is passed
along with the drm_crtc_state while detecting
msm_atomic_needs_modeset condition.

Add a new connector range property and a new entry to the panel
capability blob to publish the list of supported RFI frequencies.
In addition, add the required functions to set, validate and update
DSI bit clock rate value to trigger an internal seamless mode switch
and reconfigure DSI clock and PLL.

Expose panel mode from kernel to SDM with SDE connector property
CONNECTOR_PROP_MODE_INFO and set panel mode from SDM to kernel
with SDE connector property CONNECTOR_PROP_SET_PANEL_MODE for
avoiding private change in upstream code in QGKI kernel.

Move away from the private and private_flags fields from drm_mode,
as it is being deprecated in latest kernel version. Instead, Add
msm_display_mode as a wrapper to be used in downstream to store these
parameters. Also, store msm_mode in connector_state to be accessed
in commit path.

This change adds DRM_MODE_SEAMLESS to private flags downstream,
as it was deprecated from drm UAPI. Additionally, this will
update the is_mode_seamless function to access the seamless
flag from private flags.

Upstream now prefers to utilize vblank enable and disable
through crtc hooks rather than drm driver. Remove
calls from kms vblank enable/disbale.

Trusted-vm uses the cont-splash path to initialize the software
states by reading the hardware registers and populating the
SDE & DRM software states. But drm mode cannot be determined by
register reads, so rely on user-mode to get the mode which comes
as part of the first atomic_commit check phase which handles the
transition. The primary-vm user-mode passes the current mode to
trusted-vm through qrtr which is in-turn passed to driver to
set that particular mode.

Display clocks and IRQs are disabled during idle state
on command mode for power saving, and will be enabled
when a new frame commits to display driver. But enable
display clocks and IRQs will cause some latency.
So add a new SDE custom IOCTL for user-space to early wake
up display before first frame commits to kernel.

Currently DP driver determines if a mode is DSC capable
based on a DTSI entry and the required number of DSC
to support it. This approach does not scale when there
is an overlap in DSC requirement between DSI displays
and external DP display, thus causing one of the display to
report modes that cannot be supported.
This change compares the resources reserved for DP driver
calculated at initialization time and the currently available
ones to determine the correct number of resources that DP driver
can use. It also adds DSC and topology filtering logic and moves
DSC hardware specific from DP driver to SDE driver.

The DRM framework only calls the driver's preclose callback
function if the LEGACY driver feature is enabled. Therefore
strip out this logic as it never gets executed since LEGACY
is not supported for msm_drm driver.

Since some APIs previously used during lastclose are no longer
exposed to drivers (__drm_atomic_helper_disable_plane, and
__drm_atomic_helper_set_config), make kms a DRM client and use
the drm_client_modeset_commit_force API to do lastclose cleanup.

Update the topology allocation by considering the required
mode clock (vtotal x htotal x fps * fudge factor). Modes with
a clock that exceeds the maximum SDE clock will be denoted as
requiring a topology that uses two layer mixers.

This change adds support for dynamic switching of dsi clocks
to avoid RF interference issues. Also with dynamic dsi clock
switch feature coming into picture, now populate the supported
refresh rate as list instead of providing a range. Modify the
logic to enumerate all the modes in dsi driver, taking dynamic
bit clocks, resolutions and refresh rates into account.

DSI display may support video mode and command mode both and it may
support transition between these two modes.
This change adds seamless transition between these two modes for DSI
display by avoiding crtc enable/disable and panel power on/off
during modeset.
