c281b3a879 disp: msm: reserve core clock rate during display disable
Userspace module may not trigger the atomic check and it
can cause the commit failure. In such case, always reserve
the minimum core clock rate on mmrm module for built-in
displays to avoid the power ON failure.

a005a785fe disp: msm: add support to request mdp core clk through mmrm
For Waipio onwards, mdp core clock rate needs to be requested
through the mmrm driver, which will make sure the requested
rate can be sustained by the its power rail, which is shared
by multiple clients.
Current change adds the support to request the mdp core clk rate
through mmrm driver as well as returns the corresponding failures
to user space during when a rate cannot be supported by the
system.

e81f110f6e disp: msm: sde: make mnoc icc paths optional
ICC frameworks may not be enabled for all the OS
environments. SDE is expected to work in the environments
where ICC paths are not defined e.g Trusted VM. Except
mnoc bus, SDE is keeping all the other paths optional.
This change adds mnoc bus to the optional list.

96e8b6819c disp: msm: set voltage to min before disable
This change sets the regulator voltage to zero for all
those regulators which support voltage scaling before
disabling the regulator. Failing to do so causes the regulator
vote to set to the last min value specified in the previous
set voltage call.
Additionally modified the config regulator api and renamed to
get regulator because of the above change.

Add runtime_pm ops support in drm driver instead
of direct sde_power_resource_enable/disable call.
It allows drm driver to use runtime pm refcount logic
to track the resources instead of custom implementation.
The change also removes the NRT_CLIENT support from
sde_power_handle code to simplify it further.
