Add capability to read avr step for each timing mode. This will
be in addition to the existing avr-step-list which is defined
when dfps is enabled. Expose the avr-step as part of each
mode in connector caps to user-mode.
Additionally, change the avr_step connector property to enum
to give usermode just the capability to enable/disable avr-step
and not alter the step value as its fixed from the device tree.

Add a new connector property to allow DC dimming feature to set
dimming backlight LUT. This change also adds a connector event
for client to register for backlight info needed for digital dimming
feature, including OS brightness, OS brightness_max, panel_backlight,
panel_backlight_max, and scale factors from ABA and LTM features.

This change adds allowed_dsc_reservation_switch to determine if
dsc seamless switch is supported for DP. Also, based on the
flag, it determines and populates the required number of
available resources for DP.

Some panels require a fixed step rate for a particular mode.
This change allows DSI panels to specify a single supported
step rate for each nominal fps rate which SDE will enforce
during atomic check of AVR parameters.

In trusted-vm, there are no power cfg entries in device-tree as
there is no support. Add stub function to avoid parsing errors
related to power cfg in trusted-vm.

Currently, RFI feature only supports panel that contains
a single timing node. This limits the feature availability
for panel with multiple modes or with DFPS support.
This change adds support for RFI on panels that contains
multiple timing nodes.

Parse all the GPIO pins used by the DSI host and the display panel
along with its register ranges and store it in panel struct. This
avoids parsing the device-tree everytime during transitions between
trusted and primary vm.

The change batches DSI commands sent using the debugfs node, in a
separate buffer from the TX command buffer to ensure that they are not
triggered before the last command bit is set. Once the last command
bit is set the buffer is then copied to the DSI TX buffer and triggered.

In current implementation qsync min fps is single value.
It is same for all the list of supported dfps list.
Added support for new dt entry dsi-supported-qsync-min-fps-list
corresponding to the fps supported in the dfps list
dsi-supported-dfps-list.

Add parsing code for getting the TLMM base address and size
of each GPIO pin register space along with the GPIO pins
used for the specific panel. This list is used to lend
these IO ranges to trusted vm during the trusted UI usecase.

The change allows for configuring a command DMA window during which
the command is triggered. The DMA window must not intersect with the
MDP tear check window. Once the command transfer is successful, the
trigger control needs to reset to the default DMA trigger specified
by the panel.

control. If needs to use PWM backlight, must config the

Display in trusted VM works in a handover mode i.e, all
display components need to be initialized by the primary VM
before switching to trusted VM on the usecase boundary.
That makes it a hard requirement for the trusted VM not to
re-program any of the display configuration registers before
it could hand the HW back to the primary VM.
Also, most of the linux framework drivers including pintrl, clocks
are not enabled in the trusted VM.
In order to address the above two limitations and to control the
probe/commit sequences, this change adapts the same path as that
of continuous splash to bypass some of the critical functions
which are identified to be HW intrusive. Based on the DT property
read from SDE handle, dsi drivers will choose to bypass
enable/disable HW state updates when executing in the vm environment.

Primary and secondary dsi displays are built-in displays
and they are supported during all concurrency usecases
without resource allocation failure. DP mode filter
logic should provide supported mode information based
on free mdp resources after dsi resource assignment.

In general the brightness value, the first parameter is low byte and
the second is high byte, but some DDIC invert, so add inverted display
brightness value property.

This change fixes the usecase where dsi msg flags validated only
during command transfer. This fix maintains the flags between
transfer and trigger calls. It also adds a new async override
flag to be used to bypass validate function.

There is lag or lead in the FPS during dynamic clock change,
along with the increment or decrement in clock. So, HFP or
VFP are adjusted to ensure a constant FPS.

This change parses SPR enable entry from panel device tree and
populates SPR specific information in panel data structure.
Valid entry of SPR pack type is treated as panel requirement
to enable SPR for specified pack type from source end. This change
also populate connector capabilities blob with SPR pack type.

DSI host vsync is expected to align with panel internal vsync
during transition from command mode to video mode operation.
In order to facilitate this, keep panel TE enabled in video mode
operation until it is aligned with vysnc.

DSI driver sends nolp commands when DSI connector power
modes is set SDE_MODE_DPMS_ON or SDE_MODE_DPMS_OFF. This
is invalid panel configuration. It should only send nolp
commmand to panel when it is in LP1/LP2 mode.

Video and command mode will be included in same timing node
when POMS is enabled, but DFPS is only applicable for video
mode, so add this change to differentiate panel mode, and fill
display mode according to panel mode.

Change updates frame transfer time calculations. Frame threshold
is provided as input to decide on the final transfer time.
Panel dsi clock node followed by mdp transfer time node
will take priority in selecting final transfer time than frame
threshold time.

This change adds support for dynamic switching of dsi clocks
to avoid RF interference issues. Also with dynamic dsi clock
switch feature coming into picture, now populate the supported
refresh rate as list instead of providing a range. Modify the
logic to enumerate all the modes in dsi driver, taking dynamic
bit clocks, resolutions and refresh rates into account.

Change updates dsi clock calculations for command mode
as per recommendation. Now dsi clocks are tied to
frame transer time. Propagate correct frame transfer
time to hal to update mdp clocks and bandwidth needed
accordingly.

DSI display may support video mode and command mode both and it may
support transition between these two modes.
This change adds seamless transition between these two modes for DSI
display by avoiding crtc enable/disable and panel power on/off
during modeset.
