Install volatile enum and range properties for UCSC IGC, GC, UNMULT
and ALPHA_DITHER. This will mark the force dirty property data as
true, and will avoid caching in driver by always applying the
property values set by userspace, rather than checking for modified
values.

Recent investigation shows that color processing properties are
incorrectly being cached in validate. This can result in unwanted
color processing properties being applied if a previous commit
failed or was validate only.
Add color processing properties to sde crtc state instead of marking
them dirty in color processing driver. When atomic commit is called
properties from state will be marked as dirty and applied.

Allow caller to specify the default value of the enum
property while installing with msm prop layer. It is
not always the case that the default value to be the
first entry.

Previously when updating a plane's dirty features, if the
dirty all flag was set, the optimization was to break early.
This optimization left out color property updates for that plane.
This fix removes the mutex locks in the msm_prop function so
the break optimization is no longer needed. Function callers will
now need to acquire the lock and unlock the property lock when done.
Now the plane will iterate through all dirty properties.

project. It is first source code snapshot from base kernel project.
