In struct weight_config, "oce_ap_tx_pwr_weightage" added newly.
Station uses "oce_ap_tx_pwr_weightage" as one of the parameter for
selecting AP candidate during initial connection. Host sends
"oce_ap_tx_pwr_weightage" ini value to firmware over WMI command
WMI_ROAM_AP_PROFILE.
Add oce_ap_tx_pwr_weightage in scan object scoring param to calculate
weightage based on AP tx power and select candidate accordingly.

During CU and low rssi based roam triggers, consider AP as roam candidate
only if its roam score is better than connected AP score by at least
candidate min roam score delta.

vendor_roam_score_algorithm is added in order to
enable/disable roam score algorithm.
With this roam score Algorithm, AP score will be calculated
based on below equation:
AP Score = (RSSIfactor * rssiweight(0.65)) +
(CUfactor *cuweight(0.35))
Add vendor_roam_score_algorithm inside scoring_param
and inside function send_roam_scan_offload_ap_profile_cmd_tlv

Userspace may configure the roam trigger bitmap to WLAN host

Add support for OWE and SAE roam target capability.
Add event mapping for the tgt event
WMI_ROAM_PREAUTH_START_EVENTID.
Add changes to send WMI_ROAM_PREAUTH_STATUS_CMDID after
the SAE external authentication event is received.
Also for SAE/OWE/802.1x, the key management offload
needs to be enabled by default as PMKSA caching if
set_pmksa is received from the supplicant. So remove

"btm_roam_trigger_min_rssi" and "idle_roam_trigger_min_rssi"
will be sent over the WMI_AP_PROFILE command in new tlv.
Add WMI support to send the introduced ini values to
firmware.

Add support for new wmi command WMI_ROAM_DEAUTH_CONFIG_CMDID to
send disconnect roam trigger parameters and the new wmi command
WMI_ROAM_IDLE_CONFIG_CMDID is used to send the idle roam trigger

Currently, whenever roaming is triggered after a successful roam scan
firmware sends a BTM query to current connected AP when it is 11v
capable. Driver completes roaming with candidates received as part of
BTM request from AP. STA respond to AP with BTM response after
successful initiation of roaming.
Now the requirement is driver could send "BTM query with a preferred
candidate list" after a successful roam scan for some roam scan reasons
like PER, LOW_RSSI, HIGH_RSSI, MAWC, DENSE etc. Preferred candidate list
is obtained as part of roam scan based on firmware bss scoring logic.
New ini "btm_query_bitmask" is introduced to configure the bitmask for
roam scan reasons which is sent to firmware as part of RSO start via
wmi btm config cmd. Fw sends "BTM query with preferred candidate
list" only for those roam scans which are enabled through this bitmask.

Bitmask : 0x8 (LOW_RSSI) refer enum WMI_ROAM_TRIGGER_REASON_ID.

In the existing converged component, WMI TLV APIs are implemented in
a generic manner without proper featurization. All the APIs exposed
outside of WMI are implemented in wmi_unified_api.c and all the APIs
forming the CMD or extracting the EVT is implemented in wmi_unified_tlv.c.
Since WIN and MCL have a unified WMI layer in the converged component and
there are features within WIN and MCL that are not common, there exists a
good number of WMI APIs which are specific to WIN but compiled by MCL and
vice-versa. Due to this inadvertent problem, there is a chunk of code and
memory used up by WIN and MCL for features that are not used in their
products.
