Currently logs are being flooded during ath procfs read/write
operations. This excessive logging is causing wlan panic.
Fix this by changing log level from hif_info to hif_debug.
Since these logs printed are not required in normal use case
scenario, will be helpful only during debug purpose changed
log level to hif_debug.

Per the Linux Kernel coding style, as enforced by the kernel
checkpatch script, pointers should not be explicitly compared to
NULL. Therefore within hif replace any such comparisons with logical
operations performed on the pointer itself.

Athdiag procfs entry does not have address sanity check, this is
resulting in invalid ioread32/iowrite32 if out of PCIE BAR address
is used.
Fix this by allowing address with in PCIE BAR range.

ATH diag procfs read is copying read_buffer to user space
unconditionally, causing kernel heap information leak of
uninitialized read_buffer if hif diag read fails.
Do not copy buffer to user space if diag read fails to
avoid information leak to user space.

Propagation from qcacld-2.0 to qca-wifi-host-cmn.
If the module name is changed to something other than wlan in
Makefile or Kbuild, then MULTI_IF_NAME is defined to be the module name.
When MULTI_IF_NAME is defined, the names for the config files, log files,
and firmware files are prepended or appended with MULTI_IF_NAME. This
prevents file name collisions allowing multiple instances of this driver
to be loaded with different module names.
