qcacmn: Fix umac/mlme documentation
The kernel-doc script identified some documentation errors in the umac/mlme folder, so fix them. Change-Id: I84617fe2007e51dcb009801ebc6cdf87c0d0a686 CRs-Fixed: 3381478
