This patch adds the DeLorme Earthmate lt-20 productid to the hid
blacklist table. This patch ensures the lt-20 can be claimed by the
appropriate driver (cypress_m8).
Adds the product id 0x200, of the DeLorme Earthmate lt-20, to the hid
blacklist table.
