Harshdeep Dhatt c4bd1c03ba ANDROID: qcom: Add is_dma_buf_file to ABI ...

Userspace can request kgsl to map a buffer to the GPU.
To map it appropriately, kgsl needs to check if the
buffer is a dma-buf or not.
