Johan Hovold 1336b2af8a ath6kl: fix control-message timeout ...

commit a066d28a7e729f808a3e6eff22e70c003091544e upstream.

USB control-message timeouts are specified in milliseconds and should
specifically not vary with CONFIG_HZ.
