Introduce PROTECT_TRACE_INCLUDE_PATH to allow trace/hooks/mm.h to be included from a header file. When trace/hooks/mm.h is included from a header file PROTECT_TRACE_INCLUDE_PATH should be defined before the inclusion so that the existing TRACE_INCLUDE_PATH gets preserved.
