Ilpo Järvinen	fb189aa1be	serial: tegra-tcu: Use uart_xmit_advance(), fixes icount.tx accounting ... commit 1d10cd4da593bc0196a239dcc54dac24b6b0a74e upstream. Tx'ing does not correctly account Tx'ed characters into icount.tx. Using uart_xmit_advance() fixes the problem. Thierry Reding	2d908b38d4	serial: Add Tegra Combined UART driver ... The Tegra Combined UART (TCU) is a mailbox-based mechanism that allows multiplexing multiple "virtual UARTs" into a single hardware serial port. The TCU is the primary serial port on Tegra194 devices. Add a TCU driver utilizing the mailbox framework, as the used mailboxes are part of Tegra HSP blocks that are already controlled by the Tegra HSP mailbox driver.
