30d05f9ef7 net/fddi/skfp/skfddi: Use module_pci_driver to register driver 
Removing some boilerplate by using module_pci_driver instead of calling
register and unregister in the otherwise empty init/exit functions.

c354dfc3f2 fddi: remove __dev* attributes 
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option.  As result the __dev*
markings will be going away.

Remove use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst,
and __devexit.
