4bdc0d676a remove ioremap_nocache and devm_ioremap_nocache 
ioremap has provided non-cached semantics by default since the Linux 2.6
days, so remove the additional ioremap_nocache interface.

35373abbce serial: Fix ASYNC_* => UPF_* flags misuse 
The UPF_* flags are the correct values to use for struct uart_port
and struct old_serial_port/SERIAL_PORT_DFNS.
