b10e8ec405 BACKPORT: printk: stop including cache.h from printk.h
An inclusion of cache.h in printk.h was added in 2014 in commit
c28aa1f0a8 ("printk/cache: mark printk_once test variable
__read_mostly") in order to bring in the definition of __read_mostly. The
usage of __read_mostly was later removed in commit 3ec25826ae ("printk:
Tie printk_once / printk_deferred_once into .data.once for reset") which
made the inclusion of cache.h unnecessary, so remove it.

We have a small amount of code that depended on the inclusion of cache.h
from printk.h; fix that code to include the appropriate header.

This fixes a circular inclusion on arm64 (linux/printk.h -> linux/cache.h
-> asm/cache.h -> linux/kasan-enabled.h -> linux/static_key.h ->
linux/jump_label.h -> linux/bug.h -> asm/bug.h -> linux/printk.h) that
would otherwise be introduced by the next patch.

Build tested using {allyesconfig,defconfig} x {arm64,x86_64}.

c23dd2405f csky: remove unusued thread_saved_pc and *_segments functions/macros
These are used nowhere in the tree (except for some architectures which
define them for their own use) and were already removed for other
architectures in:

commit 6474924e2b ("arch: remove unused macro/function thread_saved_pc()")
commit c17c02040b ("arch: remove unused *_segments() macros/functions")

Remove them from arch/csky as well.

9c0e343d76 csky: Fixup get wrong psr value from phyical reg
We should get psr value from regs->psr in stack, not directly get
it from phyiscal register then save the vector number in
tsk->trap_no.

0f231dcfc6 csky: coding convention: Use task_stack_page
Use task_stack_page instead of p->stack to get stack. Follow the coding
convention style. Also for init_stack, the same with other archs.

de0d22e50c treewide: remove current_text_addr
Prefer _THIS_IP_ defined in linux/kernel.h.

Most definitions of current_text_addr were the same as _THIS_IP_, but
a few archs had inline assembly instead.

This patch removes the final call site of current_text_addr, making all
of the definitions dead code.
