The CSI_SENS_CONF_DATA_FMT_RGB565 configuration only works for MIPI
CSI-2 sources. On the parallel bus, we need to use bayer (generic) mode
instead. To handle this difference, we pass the mbus_type to
mbus_code_to_bus_cfg().

When the CSI is receiving from a bt.656 bus, include a check for
field type 'alternate' when determining whether to set CSI clock
mode to CCIR656_INTERLACED or CCIR656_PROGRESSIVE.

The CSI data format was being programmed incorrectly for the
1x16 media bus formats. The CSI data format for 16-bit must
be bayer/generic (CSI_SENS_CONF_DATA_FMT_BAYER).

Set the sensor full frame based on whether the passed in mbus_fmt
is 720x480 (NTSC) or 720x576 (PAL).

Bool initializations should use true and false. Bool tests don't need
