framebuffer_alloc() can fail only on kzalloc() memory allocation
failure and since kzalloc() will print error message in such case
we can omit printing extra error message in drivers (which BTW is
what the majority of framebuffer_alloc() users is doing already).

Fix a build warning in viafbdev.c when CONFIG_PROC_FS is not enabled
by marking the unused function as __maybe_unused.

"There is nothing really major here, few small fixes, some cleanups and
dead drivers removal:
- mark omapfb drivers as orphans in MAINTAINERS file (Tomi Valkeinen)
- add missing module license tags to omap/omapfb driver (Arnd
Bergmann)
- add missing GPIOLIB dependendy to omap2/omapfb driver (Arnd
Bergmann)
- convert savagefb, aty128fb & radeonfb drivers to use msleep & co.
(Jia-Ju Bai)
- allow COMPILE_TEST build for viafb driver (media part was reviewed
by media subsystem Maintainer)
- remove unused MERAM support from sh_mobile_lcdcfb and shmob-drm
drivers (drm parts were acked by shmob-drm driver Maintainer)
- remove unused auo_k190xfb drivers
- misc cleanups (Souptick Joarder, Wolfram Sang, Markus Elfring, Andy

This patch allows viafb driver to be build on !X86 archs
using COMPILE_TEST config option.
Since via-camera driver (VIDEO_VIA_CAMERA) depends on viafb
it also needs a little fixup.

When CONFIG_PROC_FS is disabled, we get warnings about unused variables
as remove_proc_entry() evaluates to an empty macro.
drivers/video/fbdev/via/viafbdev.c: In function 'viafb_remove_proc':
drivers/video/fbdev/via/viafbdev.c:1635:4: error: unused variable 'iga2_entry' [-Werror=unused-variable]
drivers/video/fbdev/via/viafbdev.c:1634:4: error: unused variable 'iga1_entry' [-Werror=unused-variable]
These are easy to avoid by using the pointer from the structure.

The framebuffer_release() function tests whether its argument is NULL
and then returns immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed.

The drivers/video directory is a mess. It contains generic video related
files, directories for backlight, console, linux logo, lots of fbdev
device drivers, fbdev framework files.
Make some order into the chaos by creating drivers/video/fbdev
directory, and move all fbdev related files there.
No functionality is changed, although I guess it is possible that some
subtle Makefile build order related issue could be created by this
patch.
