Device tree changes to make CPSW Ethernet use proper phy driver
We now have a proper PHY driver with drivers/phy/ti/phy-gmii-sel.c to
configure the CPSW PHY. These changes update all CPSW users to use the
new driver that already got merged during v5.0 merge window.

Add the functional clock definition for timers1/2. This is needed so that
the clock rate claculations continue to function properly once dm814x
transitions away from hwmod data and towards the clkctrl clocks.

Even if no_bd_ram property is described in TI CPSW bindings the support for
it has never been introduced in CPSW driver, so there are no real users of
it. Hence, remove no_bd_ram property from documentation and DT files.

Commit 76155b378c ("ARM: dts: dm814x: Remove skeleton.dtsi usage")
removed the skeleton.dtsi usage since we want to get rid of it.
But this can cause issues when booting a kernel with a boot-loader
that doesn't create a chosen node if this isn't present in the DTB
since the decompressor relies on a pre-existing chosen node to be
available to insert the command line and merge other ATAGS info.

Drivers using pinctrl-single,pins have #pinctrl-cells = <1>, while
pinctrl-single,bits need #pinctrl-cells = <2>.
Note that this patch can be optionally applied separately from the
driver changes as the driver supports also the legacy binding without
#pinctrl-cells.

The skeleton.dtsi file was removed in ARM64 for different reasons as
explained in commit ("3ebee5a2e141 arm64: dts: kill skeleton.dtsi").
These also applies to ARM and it will also allow to get rid of the
following DTC warnings in the future:
"Node /memory has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name"
The disassembled DTB are almost the same besides an empty chosen
node being removed and nodes reordered, so it should not have
functional changes.

There is no reason to hold s/w dependent parameter in device tree.
Even more, there is no reason in this parameter because davinici_cpdma
driver splits pool of descriptors equally between tx and rx channels
anyway.

The edma is the same as on am33xx, except it has four tptc
instances. And we need the edma_xbar for at least mmc3, so
let's use the edma_xbar and the new binding as suggested by

Let's add the DM814X_IOPAD macro the same way as we have for dm816x and
am33xx as this allows comparing the registers with the documentation easily.
The pinctrl bits are yet again different on dm814x.

Otherwise pinctrl won't work. Because of silicon errata for some dm814x
versions, let's also keep bit 18 out of the function-mask and rely on
the bootloader configuration for bit 18 as suggested by
Matthijs van Duin <matthijsvanduin@gmail.com>.
Devices with that need to use bit 18 can override the function-mask in
the board specific dts file if really needed.

The control module is at offset 0x14000 with size 0x20000, not 0x16000.
This causes the pinctrl driver to not work.
Let's also fix the comments related to the TRM "L4LS Instance Summary"
table as that's what's causing the bad entries.

Looks like I made a typo on the control base, all the 81xx
SoCs have it at 0x48140000 base. We've just gotten away with
the typo as the Ethernet phy was configured by the bootloader
on my test system and we're not yet using the pinctrl.
In addition to fixing the contol base, we need to also use the
right Ethernet phy flags to initialize it. And we are still
missing the PLL driver for dm814x and only relying on the
divider and mux clocks.

Use fixed clocks until we have a clock driver for the PLL.
The mux and divider composite clocks work the same way
as on dm816x and am335x.
