f2ac8ce823 media: docs: brainless mass add SPDX headers to all media files 
All Documentation files outside the uAPI are all licensed with,
at least, GPL 2.0. So, mark them as such.

The ondes at media/uapi are at least GFDL 1.1+.

d6a60897e3 [media] docs-rst: media: Switch documentation to V4L2 fwnode API 
Instead of including the V4L2 OF header in ReST documentation, use the
V4L2 fwnode header instead.
