Pretty much any node can have a status property, so it doesn't need to
be in examples.

The third MMC controller (MMC2) on the Allwinner A83T SoC is slightly
different. It supports a wider 8-bit bus, has a dedicated controllable
reset pin for eMMC, and a "new timing mode" which is supposed to deliver
better signals and thus better performance.
Add a compatible for this one to use the new timing mode not found in the
other controllers.

dwmmc host driver already deprecate it in the driver
but didn't modify the documentation to reflect the fact.
This patch deprecates it and clean up num-slots from the
examples of all variant host drivers.

Pull ARM 64-bit DT updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"Device-tree updates for arm64 platforms. For the first time I can
remember, this is actually larger than the corresponding branch for
32-bit platforms overall, though that has more individual changes.
A significant portion this time is due to added machine support:
- Initial support for the Realtek RTD1295 SoC, along with the Zidoo
X9S set-top-box
- Initial support for Actions Semi S900 and the Bubblegum-96
single-board-cёmputer.
- Rockchips support for the rk3399-Firefly single-board-computer gets
added, this one stands out for being relatively fast, affordable
and well₋supported, compared to many boards that only fall into one
or two of the above categories.
- Mediatek gains support for the mt6797 mobile-phone SoC platform and
corresponding evaluation board.
- Amlogic board support gets added for the NanoPi K2 and S905x

By default, dw_mmc-rockchip will execute tuning for each degree.
So we won't miss every point of the good sample windows. However,
probably the phases are linear inside the good sample window.
Actually we don't need to do tuning for each degree so that we could
save some time, for instance, probe the driver or resume from S3.

The Freescale arm64 device tree updates for 4.13:
- A series from NXP employee Li Yang that updates the copyright claims
to comply with company policy.
- A patch-set from Madalin Bucur that adds Data Path Acceleration
Architecture (DPAA) QBMan and FMan. Quite a few .dtsi files are
created for SoCs with different DPAA configuration to include the
devices as needed.
- Enable UHS-I SD and eMMC support for LS1046A and LS208xA RDB/QDS
boards.
- Enable TMU device for thermal management support on LS1088A.
- Update SATA device node for LS1088A with correct compatible and ECC
register bit.
- A few small random device tree updates.

During power off, after the GPIO pin has been asserted, some devices like
the Wifi chip from TI, Wl18xx, needs a delay before the host continues with
clock gating and turning off regulators as to follow a graceful shutdown
sequence.
Therefore invent an optional power-off-delay-us DT binding for
mmc-pwrseq-simple, to allow us to support this constraint.

In the case of a single clock source, you don't need names. However,
if the controller has 2 clock sources, you need to name them correctly
so the driver can find the 2nd one. The 2nd clock is for the internal
card detect logic.

Add a Socionext SoC specific compatible (suggested by Rob Herring).
No SoC specific data are associated with the compatible strings for
now, but other SoC vendors may use this IP and want to differentiate

Add a driver for the Cadence SD4HC SD/SDIO/eMMC Controller.
For SD, it basically relies on the SDHCI standard code.
For eMMC, this driver provides some callbacks to support the
hardware part that is specific to this IP design.

Simply document new compatibility strings as the driver is already
activated using a fallback compatibility string.
These compat strings are in keeping with those for all other
Renesas ARM based SoCs with sh_mmcif enabled in mainline.

Remove documentation of support for the SH7372 (SH-Mobile AP4) from the MMC
driver. The driver itself appears to have no SH7372 specific code.
Commit edf4100906 ("ARM: shmobile: sh7372 dtsi: Remove Legacy file")
removes this SoC from the kernel in v4.1.

The "clock-freq-min-max" property was deprecated.
There is "max-frequency" property in drivers/mmc/core/host.c
"max-frequency" can be replaced with "clock-freq-min-max".
Minimum clock value might be set to 100K by default.
Then MMC core should try to find the correct value from 400K to 100K.
So it just needs to set Maximum clock value.

On some systems the sdhci capabilty register is incorrect for one
reason or another.
The sdhci-caps-mask property specifies which bits in the register
are incorrect and should be turned off before using sdhci-caps to turn
on bits.
The sdhci-caps property specifies which bits should be turned on.
