a0ba8a2990 staging: comedi: addi_apci_2200: simplify the PCI bar reading
The board supported by this driver has a 93x76 eeprom. Knowing this
information allows simplifying the code that reads the PCI bars to
get the iobase addresses.

Also, since the 'dw_AiBase' is not ioremap'ed we can remove the iounmap
in the detach.

This driver is for a simple 16 channel digital output (relays), 8 channel
digital input board. Using the addi-data "common" code introduces a lot
of bloat.

Copy the code in addi_common.c to this driver and remove the #include

allow removing the bloat.

Rename the auto_attach and detach functions so they have namespace

32e67eee67 pinctrl: nomadik: Allow prcm_base to be extracted from Device Tree
The Nomadik Pinctrl driver requires access to some PRCMU registers
in order to run with full functionality. When Device Tree is
disabled the required PRCMU base address is passed in via platform
data, so in order for Device Tree booting to be as functional, we
need a similar mechanism to fetch it from Device Tree.

The new semantics goes like this: Parse the Device Tree and look
for the PRCMU node using a provided Phandle. Obtain the ioremaped
address from that node. If one was supplied via platform data
over-write it with anything found in Device Tree. Fail if either
the prcm_base can't be found if we're running on anything other
than an STN8815 ASIC.

fae50823d0 net: ethernet: davinci_cpdma: Add boundary for rx and tx descriptors
When there is heavy transmission traffic in the CPDMA, then Rx descriptors
memory is also utilized as tx desc memory looses all rx descriptors and the
driver stops working then.

This patch adds boundary for tx and rx descriptors in bd ram dividing the
descriptor memory to ensure that during heavy transmission tx doesn't use
rx descriptors.

This patch is already applied to davinci_emac driver, since CPSW and
davici_dmac shares the same CPDMA, moving the boundry seperation from
Davinci EMAC driver to CPDMA driver which was done in the following
commit

commit 86d8c07ff2
Author: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
Date:   Tue Jan 3 05:27:47 2012 +0000

    net/davinci: do not use all descriptors for tx packets

    The driver uses a shared pool for both rx and tx descriptors.
    During open it queues fixed number of 128 descriptors for receive
    packets. For each received packet it tries to queue another
    descriptor. If this fails the descriptor is lost for rx.
    The driver has no limitation on tx descriptors to use, so it
    can happen during a nmap / ping -f attack that the driver
    allocates all descriptors for tx and looses all rx descriptors.
    The driver stops working then.
    To fix this limit the number of tx descriptors used to half of
    the descriptors available, the rx path uses the other half.

    Tested on a custom board using nmap / ping -f to the board from
    two different hosts.

The lines

which hard code the number of requested msi-x vectors under multi-function

reserved_eqs appropriately Thus, the code line:

	nreq = min_t(int, dev->caps.num_eqs - dev->caps.reserved_eqs, nreq);

is by itself sufficient and correct for all cases. Currently, for mfunc
mode num_eqs = 32 and reserved_eqs = 28, hence four vectors will be enabled.

This triples (one vector is used for the async events and commands EQ) the

Commit 5b4c4d3686 "mlx4_en: Allow communication between functions on

whose uplink is an mlx4 Ethernet device become non-operative in native

were loopback-ed by the HW and hence the bridge learned VM source MACs

1a3cd18475 clk-divider: fix macros
The macro is_power_of_two() in clk-divider.c was defined as !(i & ~i)
which is always true. Instead use is_power_of_2() from log2.h.

Also add brackets around the macro arguments in div_mask to avoid any
future operator precedence problems.

eb8b8f2e71 clk: prima2: enable dt-binding clkdev mapping
this patche deletes hard code that registers clkdev by things like:
clk_register_clkdev(clk, NULL, "b0030000.nand");
clk_register_clkdev(clk, NULL, "b0040000.audio");
clk_register_clkdev(clk, NULL, "b0080000.usp");
prima2 clock controller becomes a clock provider and every dt node
just declares its clock sources by dt prop.

it also makes us easier to extend this driver to support both prima2
and marco as marco has different address mapping with prima2.

b6ae7a2653 pinctrl: tegra114: add pinctrl driver for NVIDIA's Tegra114 SoC
This adds a driver for the Tegra114 pinmux, and required
parameterization data for Tegra114.

The driver uses the common Tegra pincontrol driver utility
functions to implement the majority of the driver.

This driver is not compatible with the earlier NVIDIA's SoCs,
hence add new compatibile as "nvidia,tegra114-pinmux".

348d1bf75c pinctrl: tegra: add support for rcv-sel and drive type
NVIDIA's Tegra114 added two more configuration parameter in pinmux i.e.
rcv-sel and drive type.

rcv-sel: Select between High and Normal VIL/VIH receivers.
	RCVR_SEL=1: High VIL/VIH
	RCVR_SEL=0: Normal VIL/VIH

drv_type: Ouptput drive type:
	33-50 ohm driver: 0x1
	66-100ohm driver: 0x0

Add support of these parameters to be configure from DTS file.

Tegra20 and Tegra30 does not support this configuration and hence initialize their
pinmux structure with reg = -1.
