61734e1835 i3200_edac: Fix the logic that detects filled memories
After running a series of tests on an HP DL320, filled with different
memory sizes, it was noticed that, when filled with just one DIMM
on such hardware, the driver wrongly detects twice the memory, and
thinks that both channels 0 and 1 are filled.

It seems to be partially caused by the BIOS and partially by the driver.

The i3200_edac current logic would be working fine if the BIOS were
disabling the unused second channel when just one DIMM is connected,
in order to do power-saving, as recommended on this chipset's datasheet.

However, the BIOS on this particular machine doesn't do it:

[ 16.741421] EDAC DEBUG: how_many_channels: In dual channel mode
[ 16.741424] EDAC DEBUG: how_many_channels: 2 DIMMS per channel enabled

So, the driver were assuming that 2 channels are enabled (well, they are,
but the second is unused).

Combined with that, I found two issues at the logic that creates the
EDAC data, that were failing when the two channels are not equally
filled (AFAICT, that happens only when just 1 DIMM is plugged).

The first one is that a 0 at DRB means that nothing is filled. The
driver's logic, however, do some calculation with that.

The second one is that the logic that fills the DIMM data currently
assumes that both channels are equally filled.

I tested the system already with the current configuration and my
patch and it is now working fine. So, for a 2R single DIMM 2Gb memory
at dimm slot 01 (channel 0), it is now displaying:

[ 16.741406] EDAC DEBUG: i3200_get_drbs: drb[0][0] = 16, drb[1][0] = 0
[ 16.741410] EDAC DEBUG: i3200_get_drbs: drb[0][1] = 32, drb[1][1] = 0
[ 16.741413] EDAC DEBUG: i3200_get_drbs: drb[0][2] = 32, drb[1][2] = 0
[ 16.741416] EDAC DEBUG: i3200_get_drbs: drb[0][3] = 32, drb[1][3] = 0
...
[ 16.741896] EDAC DEBUG: i3200_probe1: csrow 0, channel 0, size = 1024 Mb
[ 16.741899] EDAC DEBUG: i3200_probe1: csrow 1, channel 0, size = 1024 Mb

and the corresponding sysfs nodes are now properly filled.

5f466cb025 i3200_edac: Add more debug to the driver
Currently, it is not possible to know, when debug is enabled,
if the driver is using 2 DIMMS per channel mode or not. It is
not possible to know the values of the drbs registers, used
to identify the memory rank sizes.

Add debug for both, as it helps to track issues on the driver.

438c0f85cb drm/exynos: add display-mode-check operation to exynos_mixer_ops struct
This patch adds the display mode check operation to exynos_mixer_ops
in drm-common-hdmi. In Exynos SoCs, mixer IP can put certain restrictions
on the proposed display modes. These restriction needs to be considered
during mode negotiation, which happens immediately after edid parsing.

Both, mixer check-mode and hdmi check-timing callbacks are called one after

5af9f116e6 drm/exynos: fix wrong pointer access at vm close.
This patch fixes wrong pointer access issue to filp->f_op and
filp->private_data.

The exynos_drm_gem_mmap_ioctl() changes filp->f_op and
filp->private_data temporarily and restore them to use
original ones in exynos_drm_gem_mmap_buffer() but there
was no lock between the changing and the restoring so
wrong pointer access to filp->f_op and filp->private_data
was induced by vm close callback.

So this patch uses mutex lock properly to resolve this issue.

bbfa57c0f2 md: protect against crash upon fsync on ro array
If an fsync occurs on a read-only array, we need to send a
completion for the IO and may not increment the active IO count.
Otherwise, we hit a bug trace and can't stop the MD array anymore.

By advice of Christoph Hellwig we return success upon a flush
request but we return -EROFS for other writes.
We detect flush requests by checking if the bio has zero sectors.

This patch is suitable to any -stable kernel to which it applies.

7b745c84a9 target/file: Add WRITE_SAME w/ UNMAP=0 emulation support
This patch adds support for emulation of WRITE_SAME w/ UNMAP=0 within
fd_execute_write_same() backend code.

The emulation uses vfs_writev() to submit a locally populated buffer
from the received WRITE_SAME scatterlist block for duplication, and by
default enforces a limit of max_write_same_len=0x1000 (8192) sectors up
to the limit of 1024 iovec entries for the single call to vfs_writev().

It also sets max_write_same_len to the operational default at setup ->
fd_configure_device() time.

Tested with 512, 1k, 2k, and 4k block_sizes.

     AB8500 battery management core

   - qnap-poweroff:

The driver adds poweroff functionality for QNAP NAS boxes

   - restart-poweroff:

A generic driver that implements 'power off by restarting'. The
actual poweroff functionality is implemented through a bootloader,
so Linux' task is just to restart the box. The driver is useful on
Buffalo Linkstation LS-XHL and LS-CHLv2 boards. Andrew Lunn worked
on submitting the driver (as well as qnap-poweroff above).

  Additionally:

   - A lot of fixes for ab8500 drivers. This is a part of efforts of
syncing internal ST-Ericsson development tree with the mainline.
Lee Jones @ Linaro worked on compilation and reshaping these
     series.

   - New health properties for the power supplies: "Watchdog timer
     expire" and "Safety timer expire"

"These are the main pinctrl changes for the v3.9 merge window. The

   - Grabbing of default pinctrl handles from the device core. These
are the hunks hitting drivers/base. All is ACKed by Greg, after a

   - Some stuff also touches the MFD and ARM SoC trees, this has been
