d3829fadc4 [media] em28xx: convert to videobuf2
This patch converts the em28xx driver over to videobuf2. It is
likely that em28xx_fh can go away entirely, but that will come in
a separate patch.

1d179eeedc [media] em28xx: remove sliced VBI support
The sliced VBI support in the tvp5150 is completely broken. And there is no
support for the saa7115 sliced VBI implementation in the em28xx driver. So
we remove the sliced VBI support completely.
It should be possible to get it to work with the tvp5150, but that will
require someone to really dig into that driver.

d1a6f4f197 block: delete super ancient PC-XT driver for 1980's hardware
This driver was for the 8 bit ISA cards that were installed in
the PC-XT machines of 1980 vintage. They supported the dual
ribbon cable MFM drives of 10-20MB capacity, and ran at a 3:1
interleave, giving performance on the order of 128kB/s.

By the introduction of the PC-AT (286) these controllers were
already scrapped in favour of 16 bit controllers with some onboard
RAM that could support a 1:1 interleave.

The git history doesn't show any evidence of runtime fixes that
would reflect active usage; instead just the usual tree-wide API
type changes/cleanups. Going back to in-source changelogs, the
last "runtime" fix that is evident is something I did over a
dozen years ago[1] -- and even back then, the hardware was long
since unavailable, so that ancient fix was also not runtime tested.

The time is long overdue for this to get flushed, so lets get
rid of it before anyone wastes more time doing builds and sparse
checks etc. on long since dead code.

2f90b68309 drivers/rtc/rtc-vt8500.c: fix handling of data passed in struct rtc_time
tm_mon is 0..11, whereas vt8500 expects 1..12 for the month field,
causing invalid date errors for January, and causing the day field to

vt8500_rtc_set_time. This patch corrects the behaviour of the century

8303dc9952 [media] em28xx: initialize button/I2C IR earlier

	- devices with buttons (like cameras and grabber devices);
	- devices with I2C remotes;
	- em2860 or latter chips with RC support embedded.
When the device has an I2C remote, all it needs to do is to call
the proper I2C driver (ir-i2c-kbd), passing the proper data to
it, and just leave the code.
Also, button devices have its own init code that doesn't depend on
having an IR or not (as a general rule, they don't have).
So, move its init code to fix bugs introduced by earlier patches
that prevent them to work.

2be7d22f06 wireless: add new wil6210 802.11ad 60GHz driver
This adds support for the 60 GHz 802.11ad Wilocity card
through a new driver, wil6210. Wilocity implemented the
firmware, QCA maintains the device driver.

Currently supported:

- STA: with security
- AP: limited to 1 connected STA, security disabled
- Monitor: due to a hardware/firmware limitation
either control or non-control frames are monitored

Using a STA and AP with this drive, one can assemble
a fully functional BSS. Throughput of 1.2Gbps is achieved
with iperf.

The wil6210 cards have on-board flash memory for the
firmware, the cards comes pre-flashed and no firmware
download is required.
