Use uninterruptible mutex_lock in the release() file op to make
sure all resources are properly freed when a process is being
terminated. Returning -ERESTARTSYS has no effect for a terminating
process and this caused driver resources not to be released. Not
releasing the buffer queue also prevented other drivers to free
memory, e.g. in MMAP -> USERPTR scenario.
This patch is required for stable kernels v3.6+.

The mx1_camera driver has been broken for a few release cycles since
commit 6bd0812 (dmaengine: imx-dma: merge old dma-v1.c with imx-dma.c).
It seems there is no one even compile tested it since then, as doing
so will end up with the following error.

drivers/media/platform/davinci/vpbe_osd.c: In function ‘osd_read’:
drivers/media/platform/davinci/vpbe_osd.c:49:2: warning: passing

Looks like the iommu framework does not have generic functions
exported for all the needs yet. The hardware specific functions
are defined in files like intel-iommu.h and amd-iommu.h. Follow
the same standard for omap-iommu.h.
This is needed because we are removing plat and mach includes
for ARM common zImage support. Further work should continue
in the iommu framework context as only pure platform data will
be communicated from arch/arm/*omap*/* code to the iommu
framework.

Since mx27 transitioned to the commmon clock framework in 3.5, the correct way
to acquire the csi clock is to get csi_ahb and csi_per clocks separately.
By not doing so the camera sensor does not probe correctly:
soc-camera-pdrv soc-camera-pdrv.0: Probing soc-camera-pdrv.0
mx2-camera mx2-camera.0: Camera driver attached to camera 0
ov2640 0-0030: Product ID error fb:fb
mx2-camera mx2-camera.0: Camera driver detached from camera 0
mx2-camera mx2-camera.0: MX2 Camera (CSI) driver probed, clock frequency: 66500000
Adapt the mx2_camera driver to the new clock framework and make it functional
again.

This code should be private to mach-omap2.
The only use for it in for omap1 has been in dmtimer.c
to check for context loss. However, omap1 does not
lose context during idle, so the code is not needed.
Further, omap1 timer has OMAP_TIMER_ALWON set, so omap1
was not hitting omap_pm_get_dev_context_loss_count()

The omap_vout driver tries to set the DSS overlay_info using set_overlay_info()
when the physical address for the overlay is still not configured. This happens
in omap_vout_probe() and vidioc_s_fmt_vid_out().
The calls to omapvid_init(which internally calls set_overlay_info()) are removed
from these functions. They don't need to be called as the omap_vout_device
struct anyway maintains the overlay related changes made. Also, remove the
explicit call to set_overlay_info() in vidioc_streamon(), this was used to set
the paddr, this isn't needed as omapvid_init() does the same thing later.
These changes are required as the DSS2 driver since 3.3 kernel doesn't let you
set the overlay info with paddr as 0.
